Moved across the country and got into contact with someone about changing my payment dates, was ignored and charged anyways, and when they emailed me about the missed payment I let them know I was struggling to pay on time, had Randy Mcleod say “ If you get paid on the 8th and 23rd, how come there wasn’t enough money in your account for the payment on the 28th?” Extremely unprofessional and exceptionally ignorant thing to ask someone. Definitely don’t recommend

The experience I’ve had with this company so far has been great. Particularly Laura who deals with the administration and always gets back to my emails in a prompt manner. Thank you!

I want to say in all the years that I have been here on Earth that I have never dealt with a more amazing company. They don't just treat you like a number, they treat you like family. They are amazing to deal with and very kind. A special shout out to Anne there who Is so nice and goes over and above to help my family and I. I would highly recommend these guys for any financial needs that your have. They are the best.

My loan is completely paid off thanks to Approval genie and now I’m not stuck paying an Interest rate of 33% and got myself in a better loan and better car with a much better interest rate. 33% down to 11.9% he’ll y’a I’ll take that any day.

Anne at Carma was very helpful and efficient after I applied for help during this Covid Pandemic , losing my job hasn’t made it any easier keeping pace with my obligations to my surprise I was granted a reduction of interest under a loyalty program , that reduced the payout. I found work that required a more efficient car , this is where the company screwed me for over $1500.00 in double fees and then increased my interest 5% higher. When I addressed the double fees and 50% rate increase given the recent loyalty reductions earned , I was met with complete disregard. I started the job and will never recommend never leave a positive review before finalizing a transaction. The customer service department is not included in this comment given the Finance manager Hurpreet made the final decisions took advantage of a client during a pandemic while trying to re employ.

I have been with Carma Finance previously called Option B Solutionswhen I first start financing my car since 2018. I have only experienced 5 star customer service. Anne is a great help and a pleasure to speak to whenever I had questions or concerns.

I had financed a car with Carma back in June and it was a pleasant experience throughout. Yes I was paying high interest on my loan as you’ll expect with any sub-prime loan. I unfortunately had my car written off 4 months into my loan and they were responsive & patient. The payout process was effortless and they didn’t hesitate to allow me to pay it out without early penalty fees. Laura is an Amazing customer service rep and deserve 10 stars just for her out of this world service she provided. Thank you!

I’m not a customer of this company (and I never will be) but my mother is/was. Ive TRIED calling them to discussing my mothers car loan as she has passed, and this company’s customer service is absolutely horrible. I’ve called them 8 times over the course of 3 days (waiting 20-30 minutes for customer support each time), also left 3 messages to get contacted back …. Not a single person has reached out to me or even answered a single phone call i've made.Extremely unprofessional

Great place for sub prime car loans. If you've gotten yourself into a spot and the banks won't touch you, I recommend these guys. When I lost my job they always were willing to move payments around and never made me feel like I was less than a valued client while I got another one. Michelle in particular was courteous and kind while I worked it out. Great place I highly recommend it.As to the guy below who has some stuff to say, you really don't say anything at all. What is it to you? Did you have a loan through them?? Cause everyone who does likes them. So keep it to yourself.Edit. So first bump in the road with Carma and it remains to be seen how it is resolved. The issue is I paid the car off this week after crashing it a month ago, and despite already getting the $13,000 outstanding on the loan they went and took the payment out again and I'm now flat broke despite being paid on Fri, and have to get through 2 weeks with nothing. I'm hoping they quickly refund the amount and it's nothing but an error that is quickly rectified. But we shall see, and though I'm leaving the 5 stars up for now, if a resolution isn't quickly achieved I'll have no choice but to rescind it. Not like that's a threat with much backing it. But I'm really bummed it happened and need it to be fixed. Wish me luck.

Financed me when no one else wold! Interest rate is a little high with bad credit but that’s to be expected, now that I’m almost done paying for my truck I can qualify for a much better rate! Helped rebuild my credit! These guys work with you an are always helpful an understanding if you need to move a payment or want to make a lump sum payment to your account! Fantastic service! Highly recommend!!!
