Purolator

I was suppose to have a package delivered today Feb 17th. The driver tried to deliver my package at 11am. The incompetence of a driver decided to leave the note on the glass portion of my door which left a sticky mess behind. The driver had the whole door frame to use but decided to use the glass portion. On top of that I now can’t pick up my package because of Monday being a holiday.The average person works 9-5 and wouldn’t be home at 11am to sign for a package. Purolator is the most incompetent delivery company I have ever used and it will be last time as well. I highly suggest anyone to avoid Purolator. I can’t even get a direct number for the Stratford location.

I rate it zero stars if I could.Had delivery attempted, apparently, and never received an attempted delivery slip.Drove 30 minutes into town to pick it up only to be given attitude by the elderly lady at the counter who seemed too concerned that I didn't have a delivery slip and was worried how do you know it's here?" "How do you know it was delivered here?"All in all a very frustrating experience for a package worth less then 100$ that should just be left on the porch.I suppose this is why I prefer other companies and refuse to use Purolator myself."

Driver was unable to deliver parcel. Explanation given; address not found. I live in a multi level apartment building very visible from the street. I find it difficult to believe driver cannot locate building. Address is on Google maps. My address was confirmed with Purolator that it is correct.Thank goodness for the customer service people when you call the 888 number. They have been helpful and are my only hope of ever receiving the package.

My parcels are always delivered by very polite drivers either on the day shown or a day earlier. A special thanks to the driver who set my parcel inside my porch rather than leaving it sitting in the snow on the deck!

Ordered a package so that it would come a day while I'm home and the day before delivery the tracker stated a delay but the estimated date didn't change so I made sure I was home. 24 hours later I called customer service and was told it would be delayed to the next day instead. I said it would be nice to know that and she said We can't call everyone". Useless tracking information needs to be updated. I don't get much from Purolator but there's usually a problem. It's usually the behind the scenes people

Drivers don't show up and lie about it. Outlet staff is grumpy on a good day. Consider any other shipper or even carrier pigeon over Purolator

Unreal. They can't deliver my parcel because my address was incorrect"I tried 2 other addresses to see if they could make that work but nope. So after a 2 weeks of trying to get my package delivered I requested to pick it up at the nearest pickup location

Absolutely Terrible Delivery. Don't bother paying for Expedited or Overnight Delivery. The delivery drivers continually lie and state they make delivery attempts or blame it on improper address information. Purolator Canada is responsible for the quality of their drivers, but their depot in Stratford is continually not making delivery dates, expect an additional 3 days regardless of what service you paid for. They don't appear to have any concern with customers or meeting the service's paid for. Terrible Delivery!Update: Purolator claimed incorrect address but it was the same. Required driving to the depot to obtain and prove address. Hold times where over an hour on the phone.Further Update: New Package for Delivery, was on Vehicle for Delivery in the morning, at midnight it was updated unable to deliver due to weather. There were no issues with weather during the day or evening in Stratford or my address. On the vehicle again today, it is after 6pm and still no delivery. Absolutely terrible service from Stratford Purolator Depot, and after speaking with a representative from the Depot there appears to be no care to offer the services paid for or to try and be better. Would highly advise using another service for deliveries if in the Stratford depots coverage area.

Today:No one around rung the bell 4 times. Eventually someone peaked their head around the corner. Maybe have a little sign or something so people don't think there's just no one in the entire building.5 Years ago:Got my package delivered today. Specifically made is so the present didn't have any indication what was inside of it, because it was for the person I'm living with. He answers the door and the box is open! The tape is there, but not holding the box closed. Thanks for ruining one of my presents and maybe learn to inspect your boxes properly especially for the holiday season. Maybe even provide your drivers with tape guns so they can at least fix it before its delivered to your costumers and so it doesn't ruin someone else's gift..

Absolutely appalling customer service, bold faced lied too , told my package was not at that location, after finding out it indeed was, the lady then advised she could not release it too me as my I.D did not match my shipping address, OK I understand that , I did not argue that and the next day went and got my identification changed to the correct shipping address and my current living address, was refused the package again and told it would be put back out for delivery, the package was again not received via delivery next day, driver was approached and he advised he looked for it that morning but could not find it but had too be at the warehouse somewhere, after speaking with a supervisor twice at purolator head office my package is still unavailable and they all of a sudden cannot find it. Iam still currently waiting too hear from said supervisor and doubt I will…..
