We just replaced our 1988 era" aluminum framed windows and patio doors with new vinyl framed ones made and installed by West Coast Windows. Nick Barnes was the product advisor who worked with us to pick the frame style and glass options we needed to achieve a classic and modern look

Everyone went out of their way to ensure that I knew what was needed to be done properly from matching windows, trim to simple things like transporting my window safely down the road. I highly recommend them for your window needs. They go above and beyond.

I couldn’t have been more happy and satisfied with the work West Coast windows did. Came to my house 3 days in a row. Always on time and very respectful of both the inside and outside of my house. They cleaned up after every day both inside and outside. I have had tons of renovations done to my house and this was the first ever, that I didn’t have to clean after the workers left. We recently underwent a major reno and replaced most of the windows in our home. Every step of dealing with Westcoast Windows, including every member of their team, have been a real pleasure. Starting Will Herd, who initially measured and quoted our windows, the office staff Jessica and Tracy and the installers Pierce, Eugene and Ali.All questions and communications were addressed and answered quickly. The install team was excellent, they were helpful, polite, knowledgeable and thoughtful of keeping all work areas clean and they worked so quickly! 8 windows in under 6 hours! My husband and I still shake our heads because the service was so good! More importantly the windows are such good quality and it's made such an improvement to our home. So easy to find fault these days with quality of service but is so great when you come across such a great company!

Starting with Nick the estimator, he is friendly, and extremely knowledgeable, he was able to answer all our questions, and invited my husband and I to the showroom, which has a viewing window to the factory. Always had a quick response when I texted him.The installers Pierce, Eugene, and I'm sorry I forget the third fellow's name. These fellows were so respectful of our property, everything was done with care, and truly skilled installers. We had an understanding experience.Almost forgot the lovely lady in the office that coordinated the appointments and checked to see how things were going.Thank you everyone at West Coast Windows.

I had my windows replaced by West Coast Windows in March 2023. The team from West Coast that I dealt with, from Sales & Service to Installation, were incredible! They were professional, arrived as scheduled, completed the installation in a timely manner and cleaned up afterwards. The windows look great and were left nice and clean. It was a pleasure dealing with West Coast Windows from start to finish. It was a big job – most of the windows and doors in our building were replaced. The quality of their products are excellent, and the installation was done with great skill and precision. Having renovations done like this to your home can be very disruptive and stressful, however, the efficient, friendly, knowledgeable, and kind people working for this company made the experience very positive.
