By far the best experience I've had. Mel was my sales lady and she was awesome not only with myself but with my son. She really went into details with my purchase and very detailed with everything. She walked me through all the steps before they happened. I must say Mel was the best sales lady I have ever had. This company is lucky to have such an amazing and knowledgeable person as her.

I am torn about this review because my family has had a long and up until recently wonderful relationship with Bennett. We have bought three vehicles from them and had great experiences but lately the service has been terrible. I took my car in today for an oil change, a health check and break service. I had a 9:30 appointment and was there around 9:20. At 3:30 I called. I was put on hold for about ten minutes, then was told they were working on my car. Forgive me if I doubt they had started before I called. So I asked how long it would be. I got a lot of humming and hawing then I started saying 30, 40 minutes. So I go there in 40 minutes and am forced to wait an hour before my car is ready. I don't feel like I got the best service, I am questioning the detail they went to and in the end I am left feeling like I was charged nearly 400$ for work that was at best half done. You have to be able to trust your mechanic and I don't think I can trust Bennett any more.

I had a pleasant experience purchasing a new vehicle at Bennett. My sales rep Jason Shaw has excellent knowledge about the vehicles. He covers everything from A to Z making it a seamless experience. He takes pride in his work and customer satisfaction. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase my next vehicle from Jason.

We were pretty disappointed from the start. Back in January had our vehicle looked at as it was stalling and the engine light was on. We were told it would be a couple of weeks for the parts to come in. Took 2 months. Fine, we waited and brought it in. They repaired the timing belt $2200 later which included an oil change! The next day the engine light came back on and we were told it was a different issue & that it would need to be diagnosed. Then we noticed a day or two after repairs it was leaking oil. We brought it back & were told it was not from the service that was recently done, yet it never leaked oil before the repairs. Spoke to the Manager and he insisted it was not caused during the repairs.. I beg to differ. Then we were told the engine light was on due to oil leaking (engine light was on before it even leaked). Repaired the leak. Another $300 later. Drove it home & next day the engine is back on. Do not service your vehicle here. They do not take ownership of the errors they make when servicing your car. Hard to find a honest auto service shop!!

My car was at the collision center for accident repairs. What a great job they did. Joann and Oscar kept me up to date on the repairs regularly. My 2022 auto looks like new again. I would recommend their collision center to anyone who needs repairs. Friendly and informative. Answered all my questions quickly. I would like to thank them for a job well done.

I have had nothing but a great experience with Bennett Cadillac. The staff is all lovely. Great communication and friendly. They work well within my schedule.I would highly recommend reaching out to Jay Shaw. We liked our experience so much with Jay we bought a second vehicle from him.I have bought new vehicles before and never experienced the level of detail that Jay provided. Months after the sale of my vehicle, Jay still answers my questions (my vehicle is too smart ;)) when it’s time for a new vehicle I will definitely be heading back to Bennett.
