The quality of the product and showroom are beautiful, however, the customer service didn’t mirror the product. We are still waiting on an order that was placed over two months ago and have received unclear communication as to when the items will ship. Granted the items were on back order for the first month and we understood this at the time of purchase. The items are now in stock at the warehouse on the east cost and available to ship. When they will ship is the question and I was told by Benson “they aren’t sure when they will ship”. Benson’s tone in our communications reflected a no care not my problem attitude. We have paid a lot of money for a product, waited the back order time and now would like a ship date or time frame. Buyer beware when ordering items from this company. When looking at the team profiles on their website, I read that Benson has over 20 years of customer service experience. My interactions with Benson didn’t reflect an individual with an extensive customer service background. Instead I have been treated as though I am wrong for wanting clear communication as to when my product will ship.

Todd and his employees are the very best. Very large and unique selection of lights. We live in Washington DC and have a summer home in Rehoboth Beach, DE . We have a very large dining room table in our beach home and we needed a a statement piece to really accent our dining room. We sent pictures and dimensions to Todd and he immediately sent us back several potential chandeliers. We chose a beautiful piece that was exactly what we had been looking for. It was shipped and at our front door within 3-5 days. One of the small globes had cracked in transit. We notified Todd and a replacement was shipped the next day. We could not be more happy with the product and customer service. Would highly recommend without reservation. Thanks again Todd and Filament lighting !

I would give zero stars. Terrible customer service. Stopped in after browsing the selection online and was the only customer in the store. The three employees were less than helpful and practically ignored me.

We have Filament Lighting in pretty much every room of our house. The staff is great and took their time helping us pick out the best lighting that matched our taste. We've already recommended them to friends and will for sure be repeat customers.

We purchased all of our lighting from Filament when we built our house. Wonderful selection, friendly customer service and expertise in design. Our light fixtures are one of the favorite parts of our home!

Amazing fixtures, the home owner Dean Banowetz was beyond excited when they were installed. The fixtures line up perfectly with the counter, they do not overwhelm the space. I’m pretty sure he will be ordering again from Filament.

Absolutely love the personal touch that Filament added to our process. We went in with few ideas for what we wanted and Filament was able to guide us to a gorgeous fixture that surpasses our expectations.
