I wanted to share this amazing program with anyone who is struggling to lose the weight and most importantly the struggle with inflammation. Since my hypothyroid diagnosis and peri-menopause I have been increasing in unwanted weight gain. I have never experienced this problem in the past. I am new to the Apex 31 and iHealthe Wellness family. I've been on the program for 1 month now and am loving my results so far. In one month I have released 19.4 lbs and 15 inches. I have been living this amazing program for just over a year. Looked back to this time last year. To date I have maintained the weight loss, but more importantly, the mental gain. I was on the apex program twice and lost 18 pounds each time. I’ve been off it for now 2 months and gained 8 pounds back. So you really need to change your lifestyle, the weight comes back pretty fast. Also my hair started falling off a lot at the end of the second round. I didn’t get much help apart from being directed to Fadia who has her own clinic which you have to pay for if you need to find the source of the hair fall. It’s an easy program to follow however the food is pretty bad taste wise. The weight does go down and you do feel like you have more energy. I wouldn’t do it again because of the hair fall. I don’t know if this is an issue with others but this was my experience.

I have lost 35 pounds to this date and besides the weight löss, My overall health has miraculously improved. I've been on several weight loss journeys in the past but hands down, iHEALTHe Wellness is the real deal. I joined the program in June and am on a journey to, not just weight loss, but wellness for the rest of my life. I have more energy, sleep better, inflammation in my joints is gone and have lost 39 lbs. I am being educated by a group of people who really care about my health and well-being. The education on the science of the program is truly remarkable and the Zoom calls are a wealth of knowledge, sharing and inspiration. Today is the last day of release period. I have lost 20 pounds in 29 days. I must say when I first heard of this program I was not sure if I was able to do it. However, I wanted to lose weight, balance my hormones and stop feeling so tired all the time. When I started the release program, the first 2-3 days were extremely difficult for me. I had a headache and was so worried if I could continue. I kept telling myself that I have to do this for myself and put the right nutrients in my body and eat more veggies to fill myself up. I started doing that and automatically I felt so much better. I had more energy, I was up before my husband and that never happened lol. I used to go on walks with my husband and he would be walking fast and I would be huffing and puffing behind him to slow down. Few days in and I was matching his speed and even walking faster. After finishing the program the first time, I will be doing another round of apex so I can reach closer to my goal that I have in mind. The program has been a life saver for me. It has taught me a lifestyle that is not hard to follow and to look after my body.
