Onyx Stones & Custom Cabinets

Onyx made a custom quartz tabletop for my business. They did a perfect job! My salon is Manna Antonenko National Nail Academy, and the tabletop they did for my salon table is complete with an inset groove to fit a vent (which fits perfectly) for my dust collection system as well as a curve on my side and the customers side of the table. The quality is amazing! 100% very happy! They even delivered it for me as well.

I wanted a quartz countertop for my kitchen island. From the initial meeting with Beant in the office to the installation of my countertop I was impressed with their customer service, the quality of the product, and the attention to detail. Beant and his crew were friendly and very flexible about times. I loved being able to go into the warehouse to choose my product. A quality company with quality employees.The office staff were quick to respond and friendly as well.I would never go anywhere else for my countertop needs.

Counter tops were nice service is sub par, never has returned our calls or texts. When they came to install his installers just looked around at our cabinets that were done by paradise and pointed and talked in their tongue.

It's a great place for sure when your building your dream home.....there only down fault is that they don't except status cards? Being first nations we also have dreams too, so it was a huge let down for me. My experience.

Onyx was recommended to us by a family friend when we decided to replace our kitchen countertops.Throughout our journey, we’ve had nothing but good experiences with them. They worked with us to make sure we got exactly what we wanted; they went above and beyond to make sure the quality and detail was perfect; they were extremely punctual in their appointments, both for measurements and installation. Additionally, their cutting-edge laser technology (don’t remember exactly the name for it) gave us exactly what we were looking for in a new countertop. They have the technology to measure with the existing countertop in place, without removing it. We did not have the old countertop and the sink just for 2 days. Impressive! Little mess!In particular Beant Dhindsa was fantastic to work with. He is extremely knowledgeable in his profession and gave us numerous recommendations on the best design and layout. He followed us with multiple points in the process, making sure we were satisfied with the work and product.We would highly recommend Onyx for stone countertops products. And their price is one of the lowest in town.We are willing to show their work to future customers, if Onyx calls us to arrange that.

This was the absolute definition of a nightmare. Our kitchen cabinets and countertops were scheduled to be installed two weeks before we moved in, and then we proceeded to live there for almost a month with no kitchen. It took them over a month to install cabinets and countertops.The installers were late or either didn’t show up. They’d forget half of their materials. They’d install cabinets and then damage already installed pieces, requiring them to uninstall and respray. They damaged our wall, ruined our paint.Our kitchen countertops were absolutely horrendous and the overhang had all different lengths ranging from almost 2” to as small as 1/4” in some spots.The seams are abysmal and their attempt to rectify the counter issue has absolutely destroyed any hope I had for having a beautiful kitchen.Onyx was the most unprofessional and poorly managed company I have ever dealt with. Mistake after mistake happened and no show after no show. I continued to call their office demanding to speak with a manager, and all I got was a stone wall and the owner never attempted to contact us. After over a month of their incompetence and poor attempts to fix hideous mistakes, my husband told them their wasn’t a single person from their company allowed into our home and put a stop work order on until their owner Bikram would come and meet with us in person.When he FINALLY showed up he was almost in tears by how absolutely destroyed our kitchen was. But it was beyond any repair.I held off on leaving a poor review because things happen, oversights and poor employees and bad decisions. Except it has now come to my attention two other clients they have currently are having THE SAME ISSUES!Mistakes happen, but for an owner to continue to do this and to take advantage people is horrible and I want people to be aware of the horrible work this company is capable of.Buyer beware.

Sitting in our kitchen this evening admiring our cabinets that were installed last May. We do not take for granted the fit and finish of the custom kitchen, buffet and hutch, laundry room and built in book shelves that were designed and built in Prince George by Onyx Stones and Cabinets .This firm creates quality products and jobs in Prince George. I would not hesitate to use this business again, no regrets. I attempted to post pictures but could not.

This is the most unprofessional company I have ever worked with. The customer service is horrible. They never return your phone calls or emails. We ordered a white kitchen and they brought brown cabinet boxes and installed them. They then blamed us for their mistakes. Don't get your kitchen from this company go anywhere else.
