Paul-Erik and his team are incredibly professional. They allowed plenty of time and were so careful (best job I have seen, and I moved many times in my life). The pandemic years were very difficult, and if they cannnot be in control of suppliers and ports, they will do everything they can to solve issues. I wish all moving companies were like them. Mr. Sadiel and Mr. Paul from Focus Moving Ottawa have demonstrated Focus Best Services among all aspects. In 3 days, they have released my 40ft container from Montreal Port, delivered it to my home in Ottawa, unpacking, assembling and removing the junks. Thank YOU.

Sadiel was fast and responsive in providing instructions and clarifying issues. Storage fees were very reasonable. The delivery staff were friendly, swift and a pleasure to deal with. I wouldn't hesitate to call on Focus again for my moving or storage needs.

Service folks were fantastic as we arranged an overseas move and when it came time to take our stuff out of their storage they were quick to help. And the moving guys were fantastic - friendly, careful and completely professional.

I wanted to thank Focus Moving for their professionalism and their team dedication, we received the shipment on date/time as scheduled, the procedure went smooth and the movers were very respectful. I also wanted to praise them for their continued update about the shipment and explanation of the shipment release procedure.

Focus moving was very slow and barely communicated. While it took my European agent only 3 weeks to transport my goods 5500km to Montreal, it took Focus almost 7 weeks to deliver them to my house, 200km away from the harbour. Meanwhile, they warned us in bold that if we did not clear customs within 1 week, we would be fined $45 per day for storage, while we were not informed in advance when the goods would be ready for customs clearance. Customs clearance took a few hours, so that was not the cause of the delay.During the wait, e-mails and phone calls were most of the time left unanswered, I was never called back after leaving voicemails either. Almost every time when Focus said they would inform or call me, they did not. I never received an apology for the delays or lack of communication. I paid over $4000 for this move.Once the goods arrived, the movers were friendly and helpful, and I was happy to see that only one item had broken.
