I worked with Barb Blaser, starting in 2021, Barb put her whole heart into finding me a home in my price range. After many offers, the market was such that I got priced out of Collingwood. Barb looked at homes for me from Wasaga Beach to Owen Sound during these months as well went and looked at homes and did videos while I was in hospital and Rehab for 3 months. In Aug 2022 after almost a yr Barb found me the perfect home in below my price range and in Collingwood, negotiations went on for two weeks, and Barb got me the perfect place in Collingwood, and exceeded my expectations, with 2 bdrms and two bathrm Townhouse when only looking for a 1 bdrm/one bath. The market had changed, however I'm still well ahead of the market based on the purchase price. Barb stuck with me, and never gave up looking. I was thrilled with Barb's ability to negotiate and her persistence in finding me my new home. I highly recommend Barb Blaser to family & friends, I've dealt with many agents over the years and Barb stands out as the best Realtor I've met.
