I wish I can give ZERO or Negative stars to the Regent staff. The staff was super rude and not helpful especially 3 ladies on the balloons side including manager. I waited over there for 15 minutes to order balloons, they were looking at me but ignoring. When I asked, I need help one of them said with most rude tone we are working on orders and you have to wait " and don't know how long to wait.Atleast when they saw me standing over there

Got a Balloon bouquet from here for my baby's 2nd birthday and loved it. They put time and effort into it and helped me pick good colors to match. It turned out absolutely beautiful. 100% recommend going here as the staff is excellent and kind!

Party Stuff on Regent
I came into party Party Stuff on Regent looking for someone to guide me on how to decorate for a bumble bee themed birthday party. To the rescue came Jana! Words cannot express how amazing she was and how she helped me with everything that I needed. She came up with 3 amazing balloon centre pieces and added her own touches with ribbons and literally blew it out of park. I am so grateful to her for all her help and for being so kind and helping me out. Jana - THANK YOU! :)

Party Stuff on Regent
My rating is based on the stock. The last few years I've seen an increase in their store brand supplies and I didn't care for it. My son wanted a Minecraft birthday - not a pixel party. I appreciate the lower priced option, but I struggled to find what I was looking for. I ended up finding more things at Walmart. The staff is always amazingly nice though!

You can buy all type of balloons, decorations and all other stuff for birthday, anniversary,retirement and theme parties. They have decorations stuff for Christmas and Halloween too.

Customer Service is unsatisfying. The girl wasn't responding upon asking about the stuff and responded kind of weird.
