Exceptional customer service and team! My mom was visiting from Ottawa and she happened to run out of two different medications and different times during her stay. They called her pharmacy and arranged her for her medications immediately. It was a relief for us knowing we got her medications quickly and not to worry!

We've been customers of Truscott Pharmacy for many years and always appreciate the great service.We needed a lift chair for Mom and when we encountered difficulties, James from the Adapt Homecare division went over and above to resolve everything. Their technicians tried their best and kept any disruptions in the retirement home to a minimum. Mom is so happy in her new chair. Thanks again for the great customer service!

They did an excellent job of explaining each step of the process to me. This gave me a lot of confidence and I look forward to returning for my second dose. On of the best pharmacies I've ever been to. The staff and pharmacists are all very friendly and helpful. Also, they almost always have what you need which is a huge relief when I sometimes need more specific medications. Thank you all for all your hard work.

I got my prescriptions from this pharmacy and the customers service is amazing! The man fully explained in detail what I needed to do with them (i have four meds in total for my psoriasis) and even gave me tips! He is so amazing! Everyone in this store is. Exceptional Customer Service. Everyone from Adapt Home Healthcare is a pleasure to deal with. James and his entire team are very courteous, knowledgeable and so helpful in providing timely information regarding the various products available. Delivery and set up was a breeze. They were very careful with the set up, removed all packaging from our home and made certain I was comfortable with the operating functions before leaving. I'm so impressed with the respect for my Palliative Mom and the challenging circumstances regarding her situation. They worked with us in order to get her all set up with minimal disruption to her. Even when we had to switch locations of her hospital bed 3 months later, James and his team once again returned and moved it with the same professionalism. I can't recommend Adapt enough. I received my Covid vaccine here. The staff were organized, professional, warm (even at a distance) and friendly. The store was spacious so we could distance well. The pharmacist seemed very caring and they offered clear and concise information. They made this a very positive experience!

Great service, friendly staff, excellent customer service. Pharmacist are very knowledge and caring. They treat you like family. They know all the customer name and greets you with a friendly smile. I am very happy this is my pharmacy. It is close to my home and they always make time to give you all the information you need, I never feel rushed.

I went in for my first dose of the Vaccine all staff were great! Even though there were other people getting their vaccine they made me feel like I was the only person there. They were kind and explained everything in great detail. I felt safe and comfortable!Thank you IDA for a great experience!!!!
