No one replies. I tried calling them and left so many messages but no response and it’s been 3 weeks but still same. When I personally visited the place, same thing. It was locked and no one answered at door, even though cars were there in the parking lot.

Great little place to host small family gatherings

This is a good place for a family gathering. The hall is well cared for and clean, and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

We are literally shocked when me and my guests got yelled at by Michelle, she was extremely rude throughout the event even though we were returning guests,Initially we planned to rent the venue from 9-2 but due to some events we had to extend it from 9-4 ( we were going to pay for extra hours anyways) but she was extremely rude to the guests and started yelling at us because we used one of the equipment from kitchen because it was literally there to be used , she even said she will call the cops if we didn’t leave the venue in 25 minutes that was literally shocking even though we were trying our best to stay calm and not disrespect her because that is not in our culture, she even said we are not allowed to leave until we make payment which was very disrespectful, overall very shocking and disappointing experience and rude behaviour by Michelle, we will never ever ever rent it again and advise everyone to rather pay 65$/hr to someplace else.

Michelle has been a pleasure to deal with over the last 5 years. We have been renting her venue monthly for D.I.Y events my company hosts as well as for my indoor & outdoor handmade markets. The venue is always immaculate and her customer service is wonderful. She has always gone above and beyond to ensure myself and my guests are always well taken care of. I have highly recommended the Italian Cortina Club to customers and small businesses and will continue to do so.

Great place for gatherings

Been there twice, both times for party invites. It's a well maintained and clean property and have good amount of parking spot available. Great for a party of 60 to 70 people and the rent is also very reasonable.

Was a vendor at an event, it's a nice location with good people.

Everything was done to perfection ...the room was perfect for a small crowd of 30.Stella, Louisa made a wonderful home cooked Italian feast and Michelle looked after every detail to ensure a perfect 90th Birthday celebrationThanks to the ladies of the Cortina club for a memorable birthday....excellent

Mitchell is the most lovely and amazing venue superintendent I have ever come across! Fabio as well. Had a wedding there in June and the help and support from Mitchell and Fabio was above and beyond! They make me want to host every event at the Cortina club! Will defintely highly recommend!!
