Rexall

Just came to this store with sevire pain. I got gout atack. I called my family doctor and asced him to call to pharmacy and prescrabe medecine. I was there when my doctor called to pharmacy. The pharmasist Asghar Nandan refusu my doctor prescribe medicine becouse doctor did not geve him my birth date . This is Sunday and was at home. I have record in this pharmacy over 3 years and I have the same foctor. The parmasist coud check this information. On top of it he was rude with me. I left store with the huge pain with no help. And now I have to go to hospital. I do not understand why people like Asghar Nandan work with people who need help.

Rexall Pharmacy was out of crucial medication for baby who has pneumonia. They didn’t care either. Don’t bother with rexall, go across the street to Fraser heights compounding pharmacy, who bent over backwards to custom make the much needed medication, AS THEY WERE CLOSING!

Gave me 5 mg instead of 10 mg medication. Will need to check your doseage. Human error #wrexall

Good customer service, friendly and helpful. Pharmacy fee is higher than elsewhere but then again there is no problem having your prescription ready to be picked up in less than half an hour of ordering. Pricing overall appears to be at a convenience store rate but then, weigh this against crowded stores, very little customer service and you balance it out. Depends what you are looking for and what you can and cannot tolerate in terms of good customer service.

I called Rexall Fraser Heights pharmacy on the evening of Nov 4 and received horrible customer service. I had come from the hospital with a paper prescription. I called simply to ask if there was some way I could send this paper prescription in to them to get pre-filled so I wouldn't have to spend an unknown wait time to pick it up when I'd struggle to be out of the house at all.What should have been a simple question turned into a terrible experience. I told them I was desperate to get the prescription filled and wanted to know the easiest way, if possible. I eventually told them I was sensitive to sound so just talking to them on the phone was hard and I told them interrupting was especially hard on me. What did I get? 7-8 minutes of constant interruptions and countless useless paragraphs of information, hoping that despite not listening at all that somehow if they just talked enough, they'd eventually answer and I'd say ok and be off. I guess that works most of the time for them.You seem to forget there are real people with sometimes serious health problems on the other end. I was sick and desperate. You completely failed me as a human being. Did you get into this industry to help people or just collect a paycheck? If you want to help someone, you need to listen to them. Pharmacists need to communicate well with clients otherwise their knowledge is completely useless. If you're going to act like robots, you have no value over Google searches and automated machines. How the heck would I ever be able to trust you with important health information when you can't communicate with me properly on this simple thing?Fraser Heights Rexall completely and utterly failed me. I dealt with the Cloverdale location plenty and have been happy. However, I don't think Rexall will be getting my business anymore.

Please check the expiration date when purchasing here.I purchased Pre-Seed on March 1 and its expiration date is May 6. (2months only???)I don't need it anymore but 30days past so they refused to refund or issue a store credit.I can't resell it even never opened it.This store is not popular so they have old products. :(

I’m so sad that it took me so long to switch over to Rexall. They have Tiffany blue bottles that tickle my brain in happy ways.I had been paying out the nose for years for my medication at Shoppers, switched over to Rexall and my meds were SIGNIFICANTLY cheaper. If you have ADHD and take medication for it, please consider switching to Rexall as the pharmacist here was able to provide assistance to me to get my medication costs reduced to almost nothing.Fantastic pharmacy, thank you so much for all you do.

Employees are very rude. Accused me of stealing and didn't apologize. The manager apologized for him

I find the over marked prices strange. If they are open for convenience, I don't understand what's stopping me from heading to nesters or the gas station. The Pharmacy is nice though, it should have a separate rating.

Too expensive at times, but good specials, wonderful, helpful pharmacists. It is a full service drug store, not a convenience store as some are saying. I shop every week and can get all I need there.
