I bought the air purifier because I was suffering from mold poisoning and didn't know where the mold was coming from or how to fix the problem. I borrowed an Austin unit from a friend and put it by my bed and it really helped so I bought my own. When I tried moving the purifier to another spot my symptoms returned until I realized that there was mold right by my bed. The machine had actually taken that moldy air and purified it before it reached my nose. We cleaned up the mold and I now keep the purifier on beside my bed constantly and am so much better for it.

After hours of research I recently purchased an Austin Air Health Mate. Mani (sales) was helpful from start to finish. The product appeared was high quality and easy to position due to the wheels mounted at the base. I moved shortly after the purchase and a return was graciously accommodated. If you are needing fresh air and have an enclosed space this might be the product for you.

Perfect unit, don't bother with anything else. These guys care.

We have an art centre and purchased the HealthMate Austin Air unit to help keep down the smells of paints and perfumes that people insist on wearing in our otherwise scent free facility. Some of our staff and other students are highly sensitive to scents causing them to feel awful and sick. The unit has been amazing and is small enough we can move it between our office and studios as needed. As soon as our budget allows we will be purchasing a second one.

Bought 3 units and my Rep Josh Pascoe was at my door in Kitchener in under 40 mins to deliver personally. It takes longer for me to get pizza delivered! Josh's commitment to the brand is special and it shows these guys care. Great experience and would recommend Austin Air to anyone looking for air purifiers for medical or residential settings.

Just recently purchased an Austin air as we didn't find my current one very effective. I am seeing a huge difference with my allergies and even sleeping a lot better now. Worth every penny and love the simplicity of the unit. Highly recommend.

We had purchased an Austin Air Healthmate Junior many years previous. Our location changed and the need for continued use as well. More recently the need for air filtering seemed to have developed once more. As soon as it was put in service we noticed an improvement.However, we had not verified the state of the filter. We decided to renew the filter on principal with regard to the age of the whole unit. We were very pleased to find the model was still in use and filters available. It now has a new filter and is continuing the air filtering as required. Very pleased with the promptness of service and and helpfulness of Austin Air Canada staff.Many thanks,James Fletcher

Just singing praises once again for my Austin Air HealthMate + Plus HM450. Air quality is at 11/11 with fire smoke but my 2 filters are keeping the indoor air quality safe. I have MCS, and these treasures are a life saver. The machines are actually over 25 years old, with new filters every 5 years. Austin Air has improved the filters over the years while still allowing them to fit in our original machines. Such a treat!Truly a life saver for me.
