I'm very pleased, Joe works quick and fixed up my laptop back to like it was new. He gave me a cheaper option to keep it running or another option to completely fix everything. I would highly recommend his services.

Brought a PS4 here to get repaired, and Joe did a FANTASTIC job!! Fixed it quickly and was friendly and helpful with it!! This was after I took it somewhere else downtown and they couldn't fix it. I will be bringing all my repair work here from now on, great place to go!!

I've seen many great reviews and recommendations for Joe on Facebook so when my laptop screen pooched out on me I thought I would check him out. Glad I did. Dropped off my laptop at 11 am....got a call at 2:30 pm to tell me what the issue was.....picked up my laptop with a new screen at 4:30 pm!!! Not only did he get me up and running again in record time.....he cleaned my filthy, dirty keyboard for no charge. Talk about great service AND great rates!!!! Thanks Joe!!!

Great guy, super chill. Got my battery repaired back in march or something and the battery health hasn’t gone down from 100. Super honest service, didn’t try and sell me anything. Had the phone done in 5 minutes

Can’t say enough about the expert diagnosis and quality service Shoeless Joe delivered. He took a 10 year old laptop that was dead in the water and turned it into a computer that performs faster and better than when I first bought it. All for about 1/4 the price of the new computer I thought I’d have to buy. He also was a huge help showing me how to recover data from my external hard drive. Knowledgeable, friendly, and really laid back he’s the go to guy for computer service in Guelph.
