Calming atmosphere with aromatherapy, very neat and tidy place with an accomodations for special needs people, a huge variety of services such as sauna,all types of massage therapy and facials procedures,ostheopathy and acupuncture and a lot more. Best proffesionals with large experience and respectable results in treatments!!! Highly recommended!!!!

We were looking for somewhere in Edmonton to do hot/cold therapy and were delighted to find Synergy Sauna & Spa! The staff were so kind and helpful and we felt incredible after just an hour in the Siberian room. We will absolutely be back again!

Fantastic service! Everything is exceptionally clean, great service. My son and I enjoyed the massage therapy. The best therapists are Nadezhda Podgainyy and Anna Nefedova. Very relaxing and helped a lot with my back pain.And I love the relaxing sauna!

Wow! We came down to Edmonton for a short trip, they were able to accommodate our group booking few days prior to valentines and definitely will be back. You have your own private sauna, showers and relaxation room for your group. The staff are super friendly, accommodating, skilled and just amazing.We will definitely be back here for annual visits….

An absolutely amazing experience. Nadia was phenomenal! Wanted to book another facial for the very next day, I enjoyed the first one so much. The environment is clean and calming. Looking forward to booking other services to see how amazing they are as well. I will definitely be back and have already recommended my friends and associates to book a facial with Nadia.

I have been here a few times and Serena has given me a Massage. She took some time off so I booked a session with Nadia. They are both exceptional at their profession and I would highly recommend both of them if you are looking for a massage whether it is for relaxation or for medical reasons. I only wish there was more than a 5 star rating because they are 10 stars in my mind.
