Worst customer service I’ve ever seen at a Toyota. I was so exited to get my hands on a Toyota this time but their sales manager turned me off big time. Really bad attitude, not sure if he’s racist or if this was because of my young age. BUT A MAN SHOULD NOT TREAT ANOTHER MAN LIKE THAT. He also lied to me and told me he’s gonna sell this car the next day to another lady and it’s been 2 months now and that car is still not sold. He acted so egotistical although I was super nice to him the whole time. He ruined my day and my whole experience buying a car from them. So far, everyone I talk to about this knows how worse they’re getting here. Even the company I work with turned down their contract with Toyota due to these issues. Their sales person Rob was genuinely an amazing person, very kind and gentle personality but not their manager. If they’re selling any cars, that’s probably only because of Toyota’s reputation.I never wanted to write this review and I’m not a person to turn someone down but even after wanting to do business with Toyota, I can not do it anymore because of this person.

Had a scheduled maintenance service a few months back. Asked for an oil change and to change the filter as well. As I have pre-paid maintenance services, they decided it wasnt time to do an oil change even though I requested it. Shaun Taycke, the service manager, claimed it didnt need an oil change and that they change the oil less than twice as often as I would expect and like to have done on my truck. I do every 8K because I tow. I stated i knew it needed an change and the oil filter needed replacing and he swore that everything was fine, that it wasnt overdue and that it would be ok until my next maintenance visit. I said “no” and had him check and change the oil filter, as least thats what they said they did. They said everything was fine again after checking. Today, on my scheduled maintenacnce visit, i was told there was no oil on my dipstick and there was a major concern and that it should have been maintained last visit. Well, thats because Shawn tayacke and his team boldfaced lied to me and did not provide the services i was asking for, nor did they do a proper diagnositics on my truck, or tell me that my oil was low. The service advisor from the previous visit had since been let go as well. These guys really need to step it up or get replaced entirely. The assistant service manager today confirmed all of that with me and that I should have been notified, and should have received the service I had requested. Ive had an issue with shawn at nissan, and now an issue with him again at toyota. Not very happy. All on record if there is ever an issue with my truck.

My fiancé and I went into the dealership to look for a RAV4. Don Fitzpatrick really went out of his way to make us feel extremely comfortable during the purchasing process and answered any of our questions without hesitation. Definitely going to recommend Don and Prince George Toyota to our family and friends looking for a vehicle, was an awesome experience!

I had an emergency with my truck on the highway. When i got to the mechanic, we ordered parts from PG Toyota. they showed up the next day. Fast and efficient.When i got to PG, i stopped in and oredered another item i needed. Two days later the part arrived and instead of mailing it out, they were kind enough to have one of their employees drop it off at a local address as i work in a remote camp location.The staff were very good to deal, very kind and had an ear to listen to my story.Two thumbs up.

Worst customer service. I called them and the guy was like “we left you voicemail if you had listen to those emails you would know whatsup” like dude can’t you reiterate what’s in those voicemails. Poor attitude he sounded frustrated and the call was made on 2nd feb 2023.

Unfortunately PG Toyota let me down today.The temperature this morning was -40 c and my Tacoma would not start.I needed a new battery and was super impressed with the original 2017 battery that I used up till today, so I decided to call PG Toyota. I asked the woman that answered to transfer me to parts and she instructed me that they were super busy, which is understandable since I was probably not the only one having problems today. She took a message for me regarding the battery and if one was in stock.I did mention that I need my truck for work so I need a battery ASAP and that I would come purchase it and install it myself if they had one in stock.2 hours go by with no response and I need to get back to work, so I call up NAPA, find out they have what I need, and go there to purchase one of their batteries.I love my Toyota and forever will, but with 9 hours later with no response from the dealership, I realize that I'm just another customer to them as usual.I wear the Toyota badge with pride and like to keep the parts OEM as possible... this was not able to happen today.

Think they could improve on customer service if you drop off your vehicle early in the morning and they say pickup times are between 4 and 5 pm.Need to have better scheduling on your vehicle.. if schedule for a certain time should be in within the hour.Not picking it up at 4 or 5 pmShould not have a service charge (checkup) on a new vehicle.. should be free like other dealersNow a problem with air whistling through the drivers door and went on test drive with service manager . Think this would be a warranty issue with the rubbers in the doorSomeone could of look at the door to see what’s wrongNever said anything about dealing with the problem with a follow up
