Chef Heidi Fink

I have taken in person Moroccan cooking classes with Heidi. It was very well organized and rewarding. Easy to follow steps and recipes, advice on where to purchase odd items. Recipes from her class are now staple meals in my home.

Chef Heidi's classes are great! Well organized and casual, but the quality of ingredients and processes taught are top notch. She makes it look easy but what she's teaching will stay with you for years. Highly recommended.

I have taken three online classes and signed up for another! Everyone has been great!I mostly love to cook. Covid shutdown and no company is sad so having the chance to cook with Heidi is wonderful! I always learn something from Heidi. Her enthusiasm and encouragement are amazing. I appreciate her clear directions and ability to explain what and why she is doing what she is doing! I do this with a friend and in true covid fashion she is in her house and I am in mine. We can talk about it and share the experience. I highly recommend these classes for anyone who likes food. Everything I have made has been delicious. I appreciate the recipes as they are easy to follow.
