Burritoz Fresh Mexican Grill

The goods: decent size, good portion of shredded pork.The bads: 90% of the toppings was rice, I had asked for numerous toppings but got next to no toppings or sauces.Maybe placing an order in store so that you can verify what’s being made and/or the quantity of extras.Wasn’t terrible, not sure I’d visit again.

The girl here should work on her customer service. She is the only one who consistently makes the process difficult and always gets irritated by requests. I've never had a bad burrito from here before until today. I asked for both beans and she was irritated... the other workers never have push back or remarks about requests... They have done both beans for someone I came with before. i wanted to try it. It's so weird with her. Always negative energy. I noticed freshly chopped onions on top of the tomatoes and asked if she could reach into an area with less onions and she said we can't do that m'am...? why lol. She proceeded to add majority onions and barley any tomato.She then proceeded to intentionally drizzle small doses of each of the sauces onto the burrito, putting no effort with a negative expression. At that point I gave up because I can tell she does not care so I will not be asking for more as I asked for more hot sauce and she kept putting tiny drizzles. She is also the only person who doesn't leave the burrito in the grill long and gets irritated when I ask to keep it in. The energy is off and uncomfortable to ask her things. The cheese is never melted when she makes it and I always have to reheat at home. All in all, my experience was negative and my burrito was dry. I understand now to not come in when she is there. It is usually a positive experience.

I love coming here when I need a quick late night burrito that’s always good but I don’t love to come at 10:00 and have them tell me it’s closed when it says it closes at 2am. I’m not sure if the worker left because she wanted to but…Also, last week I’ve come to get a tofu burrito and it had ran out. It was 5:00I just feel like there should be more food coming in instead of when it’s empty it’s gone for the entire day. That’s so strange

Got ripped off. Spent 23$ on a 4 “ burrito through uber eats. Apparently im suppose to select 2 burritos to get the buy one get one free promotion. This place is a scam

Eating the spicy chicken burrito right now and I am really impressed with it. Great taste, chicken has a lot of flavour. The staff are also really nice so that’s a plus. This is dangerously too close to my home - I have feeling I will definitely be frequenting this place.

This was the least tastiest pulled pork burrito I’ve had in Toronto. Though I got a large size it’s wasn’t very big, it was mostly rice, and the bit of pork was at the bottom bunched up. Didn’t taste fresh.

Had the spicy chicken burrito and it was good. It tasted good, it was filling, and size/price was in line with others nearby. It was fresh, but it was very rice heavy. Would have liked to have less rice and more toppings for this price.

Went late on a Saturday, and the food was still fresh. Wish the hot items were a bit warmer but other than that the place is clean, food is generous and the prices are fair. I got the spicy chicken, has a mild kick and is great.

Good prices and portions, wish there was more veggies and guac (but that's my opinion with pretty much any burrito place) and grilled nicely. I would dine here again. Chicken and beef burritos ordered; chicken was better.
