Don't order shoes online from here. I made the mistake over a week ago for some boots. I was told by the sales person that they ship with Canada Post and it should take 2 - 5 business days. Instead they use a third party company called BoxKnight and I haven't had any tracking information other than a tracking number. It's been over a week and I have no idea where the package is. I wrote to customer service and am waiting to hear back. Getting something shipped shouldn't be this difficult. If they don't have something in their store then don't buy it.

The male associate working on Sunday the 24th was great, patient, and kind. He spoke slowly so that my grandma (who doesn’t speak English fluently) could understand her.

Very helpful and accommodating customer service there. It is much better to try on the shoes that you want than buying it straight from website if you have time.

I had a tough time finding my shoe size and I couldn't find what I wanted to buy. However, Priya the assistant manager didn't give up on me and found me shoes that I actually liked.Also thanks to the nice gentleman today but I didn't get his name. Super nice staff.

Very helpful and professional staff and most importantly their 30 days return policy is for real. I got shoes from them and changed my mind a week later. Got a full refund from them no questions asked.

Good sales...but when they put a sale sign up beside a pair of shoes you would assume they are on sale. They then tell you that the ones beside the sign arent on sale, it's the other pair on the far side away from the sign. Kinda funny.Don't put sale signs beside products that are not on sale...the girlfriend really wanted the Blundstones...

I made a ship to my home purchase from the Yorkdale store that I paid for in cash they called me a week later to tell me they didn’t have any left and that I had to go there to get my refund I don’t live near Yorkdale so I asked if I had another option she said no ! That night I happened to go to Hillcrest and went into the Browns and was looking at something for my son the associate said they didn’t have the size and she offered to have it sent to my house I burst out laughing and said no and told her what happened at Yorkdale ! Immediately this life saver Priya came and was so professional and called Yorkdale had a conversation with them and in minutes I had my money ! It’s hard finding people who actually care about the customer and she went above and beyond for me . She didn’t make it a big deal she just took care of the situation with absolute grace . She actually shocked me in how she handled everything. I really hope the company compensates her and acknowledges that she is an asset to them. Browns almost lost me as a customer but Priya saved that from happening!!

You can always come here and find something you would like. I do recommend waiting for their sales at it is a little pricey.

We went in and were treated great. Maggie took great care of us and provided key product knowledge. Will come back.
