Leon's Furniture

Our first mistake was walking into this store on Boxing Day looking to purchase over 4 rooms of furniture. We only ended up purchasing a couch and love seat as nothing else was appealing initially. Thought we ordered it, left the paperwork in my vehicle for over 2 months as we were re-locating until delivery. On the delivery day the completely incorrect style and colour of couch showed up and the left recliner also did not work at all. (See picture brown couches)When I called the day of delivery I was told that the lady remembered me and that I had ok’d the colour and that style (which I had not) then was told no returns; and there was nothing they could do about the broken recliner or the wrong style and colour of couch.Beyond frustrated, discussing with family every time the came over and some time went by of us trying to get use to the couches as we were told we couldn’t return, until one day when I decided to email.My email was received by a manager and his name is Dion Izer.Dion listened to me and ordered the correct couches, told me I would only be able to have store credit for the difference; which initially I was ok with hoping Dion would make this all right and I would be able to happily purchase more furniture from this store and this would be a one off situation.Our new couches arrived and were delivered to our house but with only one set of legs…When I called Leon’s following the second delivery and inquired about legs I was told that they could be ordered, but unsure how long they take. (Wait number 2)I then drove to Regina to pick up “free legs” for my couch to use temporarily and when I got there I saw how tall and thick they were compared to the original ones and refused them.When I inquired if I could take the floor model ones I was told no because they wouldn’t be able to sell the couch on the floor with the wrong legs. An unfortunate example of a franchise who is only worried about future buyers not the current unhappy ones.After discussing that I would not be buying from Leon’s again following both of these experiences I demanded the difference of the couches to be reimbursed onto my original card ($700+), which was completed; however I would proceed with caution before purchasing anything here as the store employees are not able to help you with any requests promptly or efficiently. The only employee who is worth discussing with is Dion and even he is unable to provide immediate solutions.Now I will be waiting for the legs to come in for nobody knows how long and I will not be back to spend any more money at Leon’s and I will be sure to tell everyone about my horrible experience.I would also like to note that we purchased furniture from 4 different retailers from Regina/Weyburn/ Estevan and only Leon’s has been this difficult and horrible to deal with!Proceed with caution

I really like the Leon's on Hoffer Drive. First off, their staff are courteous. Second, their display and staging is so eye-catching. They're the only furniture store in this entire city whose staging is convincing enough to make me want to actually purchase an item (or two, because those prices, Aha!). A special shout out to the man (Mike) who attended to us. Thanks for not breathing down our necks and letting us take time to make our decisions. It was obvious our satisfaction mattered to you,and you weren't just in a hurry to make a sale. In doing this you have gained a loyal customer in me, (and my mom!), and we will definitely return for all our furniture/decor needs. Definitely recommend!

If I say about the quality and design, in one word its best.Almost all of my furniture I brought from Leon's.The sales representative are experienced and they always provide the right guidance as per our need. Customer service are outstanding, they always provide the right feedback.Thanks and hope to come again

What can I say about Leon's Furniture other than they are the standard of excellence and professionalism. They have always delivered high-quality products to me and my family. The store is spacious with plenty of options and a friendly and knowledgable staff. I have purchased a wide variety of products from them including my living room and bedroom furniture, TVs and appliances. I will always return to Leon's for my needs. Keep up the great work.

Had a a great experience with Leon the sales person. He was very helpful in store as I decided on which items would I choose. Excellent service I have purchased quite a few items and will totally continue to use that store for all my future purchases.

Did give them 4 stars before I needed to use my warranty on my dryer. Apparently the sales person did not check the warranty before the purchase was made. He put it as a washing machine warranty instead of a dryer warranty and apparently that matters. If you buy from Leons make sure you ask and double check that everything is in order. Warranty cost me 240$ which they are refunding but I'm out 400 for the repair. Very disappointed considering I've spent alot of money at Leon's.

We have bought a fair bit of furniture from Leon's over the years and have been very satisfied with the product and the staff. HOWEVER, we made the mistake of ordering a couch through their website. Big mistake!! Leon's has, by far the worst online ordering, shipping and delivery system in North America. The level of incompetence is astounding. Do yourself a big favour and do not even consider ordering from them online. If the item you want isn't in the store, walk away! Leon's - you need to completely revamp your online system, it's pathetic, and is the root of most of your awful reviews.

I had a 5 star experience at the Regina outlet. Lisa Good was an excellent sales person and was very helpful. She patiently explained some of the features of the product I was interested in, and that helped me with my choice.I will definitely be back.

We had a very quick visit at this location. We know what we’re looking for and it is available. We were helped by Leon. He is pretty nice and good ( not so pushy like other salesperson). He double checked everything for us. We purchased it in Regina have the porduct delivered in Winnipeg.
