Really good customers service, the blonde lady downstairs really knew what I was looking for, very patient and kind.On the otherside the lack of staff is very obvious! I cannot believe that she's supposed to be alone during the day, especially a Saturday! There is so much that she's able to do, but when there is many customers at a time, this store needs to have more employees to answer and help them.

The two individuals there were above and beyond helpful. I tried on about 30 different pair feeling guilty since they had to scrub down every pair. But they kept suggesting and scrubbing, suggesting and scrubbing. All the while they were cheerful, helpful and unconcerned with all the extra work. I left there with two great pairs that they carefully customized for me.

Flora helped me with exchange my sunglasses that I bought online and ordered the wrong one. She was helpful and understanding. She made my experience easy and quick. Thank you flora.

I received the best Coustmer service at this store. The store manager Flora went over and beyond to help me out . She is very nice, pleasant and very helpful

Bad experience today. Customer service rep seemed irritated that I was there asking for assistance. Very unpleasant experience. Will not bother shopping again.

I just left Sunglass Hut at Chinook Mall, and a LOVELY Lady named Milena helped me look for the perfect Christmas gift! I took advantage of the Black Friday Sale (30% off) they currently have too. She even requested a new one to be shipped to the store as they didn't have an extra pair on hand. She was swift, kind, helpful, patient and easy to talk to. I will be returning to this location - specifically to ask for her help in the future. Thanks for a wonderful experience! - Katrina

Poor Customer service, never recommend to purchase from this store. The worst manager onsite. I really wants to talk to the upper management regarding my visit to this store.

Poor customer service! No help whatsoever

I purchased a pair of Versace sunglasses in Toronto. Really nice design, but I couldn’t wear, it was just not my style. I came back to Calgary and went straight to the store at Chinnok to exchange for a different pair, the store is located on the second floor.I have never been so mistreated in my life.First of all, the sales person was so rude to me, every time I asked a question she would answer with rudeness, if I was stupid or something. I felt like she didn’t want me there at all.When I told her I wish to exchange or return the pair of sunglasses, she said I couldn’t because there was a scratch. I asked to see it, and there was no scratch at all. She was making it up. I told her I didn’t wear the sunglasses and if there was any scratch I probably purchased like that. I kept asking her to show me the scratch because I couldn’t see anything, I couldn’t believe why she would be lying. I asked to talk to the manager and she said she was the manager and she wouldn’t exchange or return the sunglasses.I left the store almost crying, I was so upset. After that I went to two other stores and the sales person in both stores were really nice and said I could return it no problem. I finally found a pair that I liked and had no problem exchanging it.I will never go back to that store again. I have many pair of sunglasses from Sunglasses Hut and I have always been treated well. But that manager at Chinnok made me feel so bad. She shouldn’t be working with people. It was the worst customer service ever.I would give 0 stars if I could.
