excelente service, I found this service while i was visiting my son in Toronto. I seleted in and out clean, my car looks like new, even thou I haven't choose the premium service, I will miss his service on my home Halifax.

I was looking for something close by my work place when I came across Dynamic Car Care. They really took their time when detailing the interior and exterior of my company truck. It looked brand new when I went to pick it up! They even gave a complementary air freshener. I highly recommend this location and will definitely be back in the spring time!

My car was very dirty from the winter. The guys did a good job getting majority of the dirt and salt off. The details were not that awesome though. Still had a clear trace of mosquito remains on the front. Piled up dirt near rear window, and dirt buildups at the trunk in plastic grooves. Water stain on bumper, still sticky possibly from the detergent they use. Great job overall, just little details

I paid nearly $300 dollars for a full detailing session and was quite disappointed with the results. I particularly asked a special focus on the interior. I got a 20% off as they changed the date.

Overall, the service here is excellent and worthy of 5 stars. The employee did a pretty great job of cleaning the exterior and interior of my car in a timely manner. He was responsive, friendly, and fairly detailed oriented. However, I have a few gripes that lowered the score for me and will unfortunately send me looking for a better place.Firstly, the car wash station is located in an underground garage of an office building. There are very few signs directing you to the car wash and those that I did see pointed me in the completely wrong direction. It would be great if the website or any of the multiple reminder emails gave more than a general direction of where the shop is. This of course is only really an issue on the first visit.Secondly, the garage itself is pretty dimly lit, which means that the detailing can only be so...detailed. There are many streaks on the windshield and other surfaces as well as spots that are missed, due to the poor lighting. I missed them too when I picked up my car, but as soon as I exited the garage, I instantly noticed the oversights and was a bit surprised. I think it would be good for them to have shop lights or any supplemental lighting to help brighten the area and avoid these omissions in the future.Lastly, I was told the detailing was complete and I informed them I would be by to pick up the car. Less than half hour had passed and I was suddenly told that the shop would be closing, despite their posted hours not showing them as closing for another 2 hours. This easily could have been a misunderstanding on my part, but I expected more advance notice if I was expected to pick up my car within half an hour of the job being completed. I found this, plus the advertised benefit of a 9am to 9pm parking pass to be confusing.

Got my car fully detailed here yesterday. The team did an amazing job, car looks as good as new inside and the exterior is sparkling!They were very clear about what they were going to do and asked if there were any problem areas I wanted them to focus on. I opted for the showroom detailing package since I wanted my seats shampooed and cleaned.I mentioned previously I had this done somewhere else but they didn’t let the car dry properly and I was left with a gross dirty water smell in my car that took me a very long time to get out. Dynamic assured me that they would make sure the car is dry and provided guidance on how to avoid this. They mentioned IF that was to happen that I could bring it back and they would take car of it. I appreciate the transparency.I’m very happy with the way my car turned out, even when I went to go pickup the car they told me about a potential oil leakage for me to get checked out which I never noticed.Car is clean, fresh, shiny and almost looks brand new!I unfortunately didn’t get the name of the person working there but just wanted to say a big thank you! It was a stress free process from start to finish!

THE BEST SERVICE AND AUTO DETAILING HANDS DOWN. The way they clean and detail turns a used and abused car to new again. I have a long haired dog that sheds a lot, and after leaving this detailing appointment, my car looked and smelled brand new. Cannot recommend them enough. They are beyond caring, professional, kind and knowledgeable. There is a lot of care that goes into the work , they go above and beyond with full heart and it shows and it is extremely appreciated. Will definitely be back and will definitely recommend them to anyone looking and asking!
