Absolutely awesome for customer service, even on Black Friday, Dan the manager accommodated us, knowledgeable, went over and above in all areas, service was prompt, if that wasn't the best service I've ever had it was pretty darn close, my hat is off to Dan the manager for taking care of us and his staff absolutely unbelievable!!

The rep I spoke to was very knowledgeable. He gave us time to look over the phones on our own and wasn't standing over our shoulders waiting to make the sale. He was very up front about the different phones available as well as their different features and price plans. He was very personable and would definitely deal with him again. Unfortunately, I didn't get his name. Also, this location has now moved to the Riocan Centre (where Sports Check is located).

I was searching for a specific prepaid phone. OSL at 2 Walmart locations were useless, then I remembered this location. I called first and spoke to Odane. Usually they not too helpful when it's prepaid because they want to sign you up for everything. Odane answered all my questions even though I didn't say I would actually purchase it from this location. When I actually went to buy it, he was there. Very helpful. Answered additional questions too. Thank you.

Dan and the team are top notch. It's been such a battle finding a proper location to service you on a personal and business level. These individuals are knowledgeable and they go above and beyond to get you answers. That's what service is all about and I'm absolutely blown away by the consistency. I'd never go elsewhere.
