TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICESecond day of disappointment at this location. Same staff both days. Name tag not on either days, otherwise I would have been happy to name him.Day 1: I requested some freshly baked samosas, the lady in the counter offered to do the needful, but the staff in concern (wearing glasses) was too busy checking his cellphone and the samosas were burnt so, on his behest was given the ones from the warmer.Day 2: There was some troubles with the pay Machine. The same guy (wearing glasses) intervened and asked me to pay in the next counter. Once I moved on, they said something in Punjabi and started to laugh. Does he even know that if customers don’t come, who will pay their salaries??At least one customer is lost till the time I see he’s on shift.

unreliable store, first and last time visiting. bought a 4 litre milk with the price tag 5.79 went to the cashier. She scanned it and showed 7.74. Asked why is that? her answer was with a smile, yes, the price just went up. I asked her why you did not change the price tag. Yes, we should do that.

at 711 in Vancouver we never close" so says the owner. What a load of hogwash. If that's true why have there been numerous occurences of the door being locked from the inside or blocked with signage between the hours of 12-5? Your suppose to be open 24/7

Tried Uber app for convenience store. Had a promotion where I got a discount if I spend $20+. I place an order and when I went to pick up the order, a few items were missing (thus the promotion was invalid).The store did not bother to call the customers to ask for replacement when x item ordered was not available (even if they had other flavors in stock). They refused to do refund or redo the entire transaction. They just do the basic minimal. They do not take the extra step to put their customers as their priority.

Same as Alan Warkentin commented before me, the store is close during the night, 5am it's close by the employee, it's been months, I've sent already complains to your company online (also using the link you shared) and nothing is done.

The Davie Street and Hornby Street 711 is a wonderfully stocked and clean store with great staff!! I'm a long time customer and they always greet me when I enter and make me feel like I'm definately a VIP customer. The store itself is stocked with enough of a variety that you're sure to always find something you're looking for or something like it that is just as good or better. The prices are a bit high however it's worth paying the extra dollar or so when it's something you need in the late night early morning hours when nothing else is convenient or open. Once you've gone and bought from this store a few times you'll definately notice that your treated as part of the family!!!

Lots of snacks, little real groceries. Don't buy their fast food under lights late at night because it's dried out. Prices are usually dear. Open 24 hours. No washrooms. No private parking.

Convenience store open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Store is stocked with many items at noticeably higher prices than the regular supermarket chains, as convenience stores order smaller quantities of inventory at higher per-unit prices from wholesalers. Typical 7-Eleven fare here are Slurpees, soft drinks, snacks, hot dogs, and taquitos.

Edit today (Oct 12, 2022)Price is higher again when I checked out. Shelf was 2.99 as shown on the 3rd picture. Check out amount pre-tax was 3.35 so I did not buy this time. I thought they learned from their low stars. Well I guess this is a sign to never come back again at this location. And buyers, be vigilant with shelf price vs counter price.Old review (Weeks ago)Price is higher when you check out. It's happened twice already with me on this location. I got the refund the first time. Today, cashier told me that the shelf price is wrong. You guys should update your prices. It's just cents of a difference but if you're doing this everyday, it's not good.
