Ryan was very thorough and efficient - he left no stone unturned. The report he gave us detailed all of his findings and included lots of pictures and information so that we could make an informed decision about the property. His fee was also considerably less than other property inspection companies we have used and he was willing to travel to the location. I would highly recommend him for anyone looking for a quality inspection!

At the end of the inspection he went over every detail and made me feel comfortable with my purchase, he also said he was available for further questions if I thought of something a few days from now or whenever. We were thoroughly impressed from beginning to end with this business. Ryan was quick to respond and easy to work with as we were trying to juggle several schedules for our inspection. He was very thorough in looking at the house and detached garage. The website that he used to provide us with information was very user-friendly. And the final report that he provided to us was excellent - it included priority issues and the beginning and then a complete description (with pictures and thermal imaging) of everything he checked out. Would highly recommend this outfit and we'd definitely choose it again the next time we need to have a property inspected.
