The hotel was kinda scary wasn't comfortable with what was sitting outside my motel room I refused to stay gave me a bad vibe.

Clean ,comfortable bed,the swimming pool is awesome and the gentleman behind the front desk top notch . My room was ready apon arrival air conditioner was running I have stayed here on multiple occasions and look forward to coming back for 2023 moparfest

Not a good experience. $100 room that had burn marks through the bedding, dirty carpets, stains on the walls, exposed electrical plugs and reeked of cigarette smoke. To top it off someone tried to get into our room in the middle of the night (like actually had a key and was unlocking the door- thankfully we had the deadbolt locked too and yelled at him and he left). Not a great experience at all.

My wife, Son and myself stayed here awhile ago. the room was clean, the staff was nice as well as helpful, The beds in the room were very comfy. The controller for the television had a direct route to Netflix and Youtube which our son really liked.We would stay here in the future without question !!!

During my stay at Westmount, I paid for a room with 2 beds and I was not informed that during my stay they would be changing windows, or the window in my room for that matter. I have a service dog and I was not allowed to have him there which is absolutely ridiculous he is my service dog I need him with me at all times 24/7. I was only there for a week and half way through the week they moved me to upstairs which was awful, it was so small like I barely had room to go around my bed, and my bathroom window looked out at the hall way and they were quite rude, couldn't give me answers for any of my questions and they were very very nosey.

The room was clean. The manager although hard to understand was very nice and accommodating. They sell chips and pop at the office. I have stayed there b4 and will stay there again. There's a 50-60$ security deposit on the the room.
