Waiting in a 2 car line for 30 minutes today with zero movement. Not sure how long the car had been in the bay when we got there.This place isn't great anymore. I liked this place under the previous owner. It was fast and efficient. Now it's incredibly slow and inconvenient and they've clearly upped sales pressure for pointless things, not to mention I'm getting emails now reminding me to service my vehicle which is way out of the normal intervals and not at all in-line with the sticker they posted in the vehicle itself on the last visit. So this is a no go for me now.It's a shame because this was the only place I'd get an oil change. Now I'm going to have to find somewhere else or just go back to servicing it myself. Hard pass.

Fantastic spot. Incredibly fast, no appointment needed, very friendly, happy to answer questions, and aren't pushy with upselling products you may need. I've had oil changes, tire changes, and purchased products like wiper blades that they install in seconds for you. They top up everything and you leave all set. They also offer follow up torquing and checks after your tire changes which is great. Highly recommend, so convenient.

Such a pleasant experience! First time here and will definitely now be making it my regular place for my oil change. All the staff were super friendly, knowledgeable and so efficient, they explained everything they were doing. They made recommendations and explained thoroughly but I never felt pressured in any way. Kyle was amazing to deal with and made the whole experience a great one.

This team of people was absolutely amazing!! I felt no pressure when I was offered anything extra. They showed me my filter and compared it to a new filter so I could make a decision. I would recommend this company for any car service that you might need.

First new car tire change. My husband passed last year, and this place came recommended for great work and fair pricing.When I arrived, some memories caught me off guard, so the poor crew had a weeping widow to guide through the tire change process. Not only did they explain everything, but they did so with kindness. The owner, Kyle, and the team were so nice and made sure I was okay.Watching the crew work so efficiently, calling out steps, and confirming with each other was amazing. Definitely like a professional, well-oiled machine. (Pun intended, I suppose.)Everything ran smoothly, and when finished, I was advised to return after driving 100kms to have the bolts retorqued for safety.**Returned yesterday for the recommended retorque after 100kms. This time, there were Smiles. Thanks to all!

Excellent service! Very informative and thorough. The tech explained everything and it was super fast. In and out! Highly recommended!BUT A Few days after my oil change, I noticed it was leaking oil & my husband found the new oil filter hadn't been tightened on properly.
