Ashley was very knowledgeable, helpful and genuinely interested in our dog and us. Ralphie very much appreciated her focus on positive encouragement and the variety of training aids she makes us of. We also appreciated her support and understanding of our health issues. We highly recommend her to anyone looking for assistance with dog training.

Thank you Ashley for starting us off on the right path with our puppy. With constant work our once fearful pup is more confident around ppl so long as they don't try and pet her. Ashley has been very helpful, patient, and knowledgeable always responds promptly to my messages when we need a little direction.She has also made us more confident our pup is number one when in public.This is also our first time clicker training andwe love it. Our pup responds very well to it.

Hi Ashley,I was very impressed with your last lession with Sandy. She understood very well what we wanted from her and decided to participate.I very much enjoyed the private lession for obvious reasons. More time to ask questions and thank you for repeating the exercise with me several times. I will definitely ask to help me again once the new puppy is a bit older, around 7 month when he is in puberty.

Ashley has helped us so much with our newest addition who was very reactive. Both the in person and online private lessons are well worth the investment!! Now we’re able to have him sit beside us while we have a conversation during our walks and he’s getting much better at loose leash walking.

I highly recommend Ashley and Okanagan Heavenly Dog to anyone with any age of dog! I've had a lot of experience with dog training but it was a long time ago and I learned a lot. Dog training is really people training and Ashley has a deep understanding of not only dog behaviour but the importance of human-dog communication and when it comes down to it being to able communicate with your dog leads to all the fun and good behaviours that we want. For me in particular, I wanted to train our new puppy in a totally positive way with no harsh physical and verbal corrections and Ashley is excellent for this approach. The continued support she gives far beyond the classroom is also wonderful. The best testament was bringing our pup back for a visit almost 3 months later and his excitement and joy of just being back in the room again was pretty special.

Loved how Ashley was able to provide long distance training during Covid! Her expertise and ability to communicate what needed to be done came through easily so we could implement the many ideas she provided us with. We weren't sure about the clicker training at first but soon saw it's benefits! He responded so well to the click. What a wonderful training start she gave our puppy! Highly recommend!!
