Future Vision Optical Corporation

I had a pair of sunglasses I bought when I was on holidays a couple of years ago. I lost a screw in the lens and I couldn't find a replacement screw anywhere online. I took them in to Future Vision and showed the issue to a sales associate. Without question she took them replaced the screw, tightened the hinges and cleaned them. I asked her what I owed her and she said its free of charge. Great way to create future customers.

There aren't many ads on TV that are so bad I have to mute the TV, sorry to say Future Vision is one of them. Sadly this review is on advertising, not the service - which I will never experience!

The service here is fantastic and so appreciated. My 10 year old is hard on his glasses and when the arm was bent & i couldn't fix it myself i stopped in for help! I thought for sure we'd be looking at having to get new frames but the incredible ladies were able to straighten the frame and get the screw back in - no problem! Good as new! You don't get service like that shopping online! I also appreciate my adjustment on my own glasses. First time wearing glasses now that I'm over 40. I had to go in a couple times to have the arms adjusted and they said - not a problem at all! Thanks again!

My husband and I have purchased glasses here 3 times now. We love this place! Beautiful glasses and everyone is so helpful and knowledgeable. I have a strong prescription and a tiny face to fit but they seem to know how to find just the right pair. I have had so many compliments on my glasses and I am always sure to tell everyone I got them at FutureVision! Thanks ladies!

This is my second time at future vision. The first time was amazing. That’s why I went back.The second time was good when I was making the purchase. But I had issues with my lenses on the one pair of glasses. I went back twice to complain and fix the issue. The experience and customer service was very very disappointing. They wouldn’t do anything for me. They even scratched my frame while they were trying to adjust it and tried to give it back to me like nothing had happened. They never fixed my lenses and they just told me hopefully next time it works better and there’s nothing they can do for free. I also bought a pair of sunglasses with prescription lenses and asked them to save the original lenses for me ( like they did the first time I shopped there). When I picked up my prescription sunglasses, I didn’t get the original lenses (my prescription is very minor, so I could still use the sunglasses with the original/non prescription lenses). When I asked for them, they told me they threw them away.Horrible experience and customer service. I will never go back. Too much money spent there to be treated like that and letting me leave with a pair of glasses that the lenses aren’t right.

All the staff here are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Especially Richard. He's always the greatest! Very friendly, not pushy. My daughter is 3 and has glasses, I can't even remember how many times we've had to go back to this place because she keeps breaking the pads off her glasses, but they've still always been kind! I also love how they have an area for the kids to play in. Whenever we go there, she always looks forward to playing the most!

Came in to get my daughter glasses and the 2 employees went and helped the other 2 people that came in to the store after us... Maybe because we weren't looking at the more expensive glasses... all i know is pretty crappy customer service... will not come back. I had to make comments about the employees working on commission to get help here from an employee who was already with another customer to hear that and ask if we needed help...smh

Thank you Brandy and all the ladies. You provided great service. Best prices in Regina after, we shopped 4 different competitors. We definitely will shop here the in the Future" . It only took 1 week and we had our glasses back !"
