For the most part, we like getting from here. The food is always good. However, tonight for the FOURTH time, a milkshake hasn't been delivered. Today is my son's birthday and he requested Five Guys for dinner. He's been let down by an unfulfilled order AGAIN. A Skips credit just isn't good enough anymore. Unacceptable to continually make the same mistake time after time.

First of all, best fries I have ever had! Super clean restaurant and best burgers!Definitely recommend! Bit expensive compared to mcd and bk but wayyy ahead in the game.

They cook meat together, as there are people who do not eat pork and are impolite in their dealings. I do not recommend it at all, as the restaurant must preserve its customers and deal in a tactful manner, as an employee of Skip was in front of me, and the employee spoke to him in an impolite manner

I have yet to taste a better cheeseburger anywhere. Fries are delicious and fresh, with extremely generous portions. It is a bit pricey but is a nice treat now and then. I have never had a poor experience at this location. High quality fast food.

The staff is nice and they are very generous with the amount of fries they give. We basically got enough fries to fill 2 large cups. The taste however is nothing special for the burgers and fries but the milkshake is great. It was a good experience but I wouldn't come back due to how expensive it is.

The food is always good here and the service is quick usually.The prices are a bit scary, but you do get large portions. We had 4 burgers, 3 small fries, 1 medium fry and 4 drinks and it was just over $100, which is a lot for fast food.

I have been to several Five Guys locations multiple times. It is one of the best burger joints. It's a bit pricier than other standard fast food outlets but it is absolutely worth it. The bag of fries is one of the best things any burger establishment could have come up with. The burgers are always on point and you can dress them any way you please. Also, if possible leave the burgers in the hot bag of fries to get the bun a bit softer and the cheese a bit meltier (if you can resist the urge to indulge). Always had great service at every location I've been to as well.

Excellent food and service. It was a rainy day and the tile floor was so slippery it felt like it had been oiled. Needs attention big time.

fries were mid, don’t get the veggie sandwich there’s an intense amount of mushrooms and it’s heated
