Best car dealer I've been. I visited others before, and Warranty Auto Sales has the cars in the best condition at a best price. I met Kevin one day, I told him what I was looking for, and he called me same week to inform me that a car with all the characteristics I was looking for had just arrived. Kevin was extremely helpful and informative, and was very clear with everything. Even after buying the car, we still could rely on him for some advice regarding the car. I 100% recommend them.

When my 10-year-old, 550,000 kilometres, MKZ gave up the ghost, I started looking at, no shall we say scouring, all the car apps searching for the right car at the right price. I looked at hundreds and checked out a dozen or so at various used car lots. I found the service, selection and pricing at those car lots left something to be desired. I had driven by Warranty Auto Sales hundreds of times and with a quick glance as I drove by, I thought that his selection of cars looked interesting. So, when I saw their ad on Autotrader, it looked like the right car at the right price. In fact, it was my first choice, a cherry red MKZ, low kilometres at a fair price. I would recommend Jerry and all the staff at Warranty Auto Sales. They are friendly, attentive and professional and customer service is not a buzz word, it’s an experience. I bought the car and I enjoy it every day. The dealership was in good order, and the 2 owners I spoke with were incredibly friendly. I was looking at a WRX, the car was in great shape. However, the financing I was approved for was not a rate I wanted to pay, which is no fault of the dealer. Once I get a rate I'm more comfortable with, I will be going back. They were bother very accommodating with me, and very understanding. The reviews speak for themselves.

Jerry was really a good person. He has a word of honor.We just picked up my car Nissan just now, after 2 weeks of leaving it in there shop. I just bought it last year, it’s under warranty and kilometre warranty. But the problem of the used car occurred. And Jerry did his best to solve the problems. It’s a big work he said, but it’s all done. We paid a reasonable amount for everything.Thank you Jerry. We really appreciate your hard work and your professionalism♥️

Best used car dealership I’ve ever dealt with. Kevin was fantastic and truly renewed my hope for used car dealerships.Kevin went above and beyond for us and really took our needs into consideration. We bought a truck for an amazing price and he made sure it was in great condition when we received it.The financing company that we used through him had said to us while we were there that warrant auto sales was the best dealership they deal with.I will be back for more vehicles in the future and will be recommending them anytime I have the chance.

I just went there to find a car but that guy was so rude. He doesn’t even know how to speak with customer . I think he should have to learn some skills and how to great customer first then run the business.Very very disappointed . Never suggest to go here .

Jerry & his team never fail to impress and always go above and beyond. I’ve been a customer for years now, they are professionals who know how to handle the job and leave you satisfied after every visit. It started a few years ago when my car was broken and every shop I went to just wanted to take advantage of my money. I came across warranty autos, the only shop that was able to fix my car and understand what the issue was, they’re honest and professional staff was able to take care of my needs and fix my car. Ever since, they have won me as a customer. I bought my parents car from here, thanks to Kevin and his knowledge, I was able to buy my parents a car which fit their needs, and have had my friends thank me when I referred them to Jerry. I found both Kevin and Jerry completely great to work with. Never felt like I was being pressured or upsold at all. Would totally recommend this place. Luckily ended up there after I was shown up for an appointment at another place and things worked out great - happy with the purchase.
