Horrible customer service. Receptionist here need to learn how to speak with patients properly. Didn't even get to have my scheduled appointment in which I waited 2.5 hours. Don't waste your time or like the receptionist stated find another doctor""

Regarding Dr. Tazeen Al-Haq : My wife was scheduled by her assistants multiple times to conduct over the phone consultations. She waited both days (schedules were 2 weeks apart) from 7AM till 2PM for her calls. She never heard from the Doctor till today. After contacting her office several times, assistants confirmed the appointments but provided different stories why the calls were not made. In the end, the assistant stated that she doesn't know why the Doctor did not call back and advised my wife to ask the Doctor.

Very shady place - DO NOT GO HERE. They took my ohip number down and provided me with a phone appointment for 9am to 12 PM. They never called. When I called to inquire, they said there was no appointment scheduled for me. When they searched me by my date of birth, they said that I was entered as a no show". Then they proceeded to tell me that they don't accept new patients. Why did they take my OHIP number if they don't accept new patients? The receptionist was very rude - zero soft skills to be working at a clinic. The physician called me back with an "apology". She didn't even apologize

Dr. Ferlisi is the best family Dr. in town. She is compassionate and really cares about you and your family. She was couching me and cheering for me during personal challenges. She has a lot of knowledge and is always at the top of her patients issues. Once she called me Sunday afternoon to tell me that my exams were cleared. Me and my family love her, Thank you very much for taking care of my family Dr.

Dr. Yagnesh Parekh is great and we always get appt when in need - Dr. also gives us a follow up calls for the matter. Receptionists are always available on calls. This is our to go clinic before going to ER. Thank you.

Dr Parekh is absolutely amazing Doctor, he is thorough, good listener, gave the best advice that he could and treat the patients professionally and with excellent care. And also the receptionists they're are very accommodating and pleasant to all the patients. I highly recommend this clinic and especially Dr. Parekh

Just called with a question - the receptionist answered and hung up before I could speak. Definitely lacking in customer service skills. Me - “Hi, I’m calling to speak with Dr.____”. Her - “Dr. ______ is not in, bye”. *hangs up*. I’m shook. Poor service.

Receptionist is very unprofessional, made an appointment last week but when I arrive their she said is not booked also the Customer service is the worst!!, I am really disappointed.
