Stony Plain Tirecraft!!! They have been my go to for years and have taken such great care of Us. From tires, bearings, radiator, alternator, sway bars, alignments and more. I usually deal with Larry who is helpful, understanding, takes the time to listen to my concerns and carefully explains things when Im uncertain. The rest of the staff has been awesome as well and the mechanics thumbs up specially Quentin. So Thank You Tirecraft. I would recommend Tirecraft for your vehicle needs!

Took my vehicle in for an insurance claim and was the worst thing I could do. They did the absolute worst job I have ever seen from a shop. They tried to claim my check engine light was on from bad spark plugs and that was as far as they diagnosed the truck. Turns out I was down one cylinder. The other mechanic shop was wondering how they even come up with that as the problem was ridiculous. Complete rip-off of a place will never go back.

I scheduled in to get my tires changed, first off Larry was amazing, polite, easy to talk to, and professional. Everyone else on the desk greeted when I came in, and made sure I was taken care of. I was out within an hour, I couldn’t believe it! They are great people with great customer service. I’ll definitely be using them again, can’t recommend them enough!

Fast, effecient, and realistic. Financed winter tires. They set the date and notified me before hand about the wait during tire switch over. It was perfect timing on both visits; not busy. I suggest call in to a representative as they know the peak times to avoid long line ups and waits.Magnificent employees, thus the 5 stars!!
