With short notice and under strenuous circumstances, Cindy and Jillian brought incredible, over-and-above accommodations. Requiring what quickly become 7+ rooms for family and friends within a week’s time, this hotel brought exceptional correspondence, transparency and service to the stay while giving us all a comforting experience while in Winnipeg. Thank you for all your hard work!

Had a 2 week stay in a 1 bedroom king suite in April. Service was great and nothing asked was ever a problem. Pool and spa is well maintained and area was always available. Laundry facilities were good but you always need to have quarters on hand. Would be good to have a card option or room charge option. Daily breakfast selection was always good for our needs (the bagels and the omelettes were our favourite). Plenty of open air parking available for guests too. Thanks for a very memorable and enjoyable stay. We will be back.!

We checked in to this hotel for a short family trip to Winnipeg. The hotel is very close to everything! Our room is big enough to have friends over. Kitchen stuff are available for us to use! The indoor pool was quite small but the hot tub was great. The complimentary breakfast wasn't that bad. I gave 4 stars to the room because our bed was not firm so I did not really have a great sleep but overall still a great hotel in the outlet area.

We had an amazing experience with our stay at this hotel. Friendly staff, especially the front desk manager (Sajedul) was really helpful and well mannered. The location is quite accessible and convenient, clean and tidy rooms, and savoury breakfast. For our next stays we'll definitely choose this place.

I love this hotel. It is clean and offers many services (i.e., business center, laundry room, pool, hot tub, gym, snack bar). I really like the fully furnished rooms; they offer full sets of dishware and cutlery, a microwave, dishwasher, fridge, coffee/tea maker, etc., and the bed is really comfortable. It is clear that the owners took the time to understand their client's wants and needs ✓ I highly recommend staying here while in Winnipeg. Make sure to leave time in your visit to enjoy the hotel because you'll want to spend some time inside the hotel.

We stayed for 2 weeks and had an amazing time. Our suite was great, hotel staff was very friendly, breakfast was always good, and facilities were well-maintained. Would definitely stay there again.

Overpriced, for location. Over 33% of my one-night stay was taxes!!! ($111 of a $320 bill). Facility is really nice, clean and great staff. I didn't enjoy the scrambled eggs at breakfast because they tasted like they were cooked in ham juice/fat and were too salty. Fresh fruit and yogurt was available and appreciated.

Has been great! Staff knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, very pleasant! Location is great located close to a variety of restaurants, Ikea, major routes to get anywhere. Also a short drive to IG Field home of the 2022 CFL Champions! Close to the University should family be going there and you are in to visit. Definitely a place to return to. Great pool, whirlpool, workout facility! The perfect place to stay for work or play!!!!

Stayed here for a week and it was great. The rooms are huge. We stayed in a double queen suite, full kitchen with stove top, convection oven and dishwasher. Had a nice living room and a tv that flipped around to be watched either in bed, or on the couch. We did hear people running around in the room above us but they were quiet by 11pm. We could also clearly hear doors from the hallway, which sometimes sounded like they were being slammed shut, otherwise it was fairly quiet. It's very close to the outlet mall, Cabela's, Ikea, Dollarama, a grocery store, The Rec Room and many other stores. Breakfast was ok, being celiac my options were limited to fruit. The coffee was awful. There's a Tim Hortons across the parking lot. I love this hotel and can't wait to return again soon!Update June 2023: this hotel has the best coffee! They have a new machine that can make pretty much whatever you want. I stayed here for another 4 nights, every morning I had the best Americano.
