NAMASTE INDIAN SUPERMARKET
I just came out from the store ( June 25, 2023), they are highly unprofessional. They mislead their customer, they don't put the correct price tag on the shelves and do not wants to match the price. When I asked them that it was your mistake and by law you've to do the price mach. Unfortunately, they started rudely behaving with me. Not only they did not match the price, but also they ask me to get out from the store... I've no words to say...

Staff are generally really kind and helpful - especially at checkout counter. Really nice. Also, we recently tried their house-made Jalebi and Bread Pakora and were blown away! The Jalebi was light and airy and not overly sweet. The Bread Pakora was wonderfully seasoned and just the right amount of mirchi!I'm giving a five star but I note that cleanliness and organization can be an issue sometimes. I am sure this will be worked out in time as they are a newer grocer in Windsor. We are happy to have them!

BEWARE ! Very Unprofessional workers and Food Department.I was racially profiled by one of the male worker. He was very nice with everyone until i showed up on the checkout counter. At the beginning i thought he is just rude but later i realised he was just discriminated to me, doesn’t even provided me proper service. The food department just sucks such big time. Every time i order something always something wrong. Today I order veg thalli and pakora and noodles. All of them were serve cold plus I don’t know why they take 30-40 minutes just to pack the already cooked food. Its so tiring and time wasting and not to mention waste of money as well. So disappointed this time that would never visit their again. Thats my suggestion to whoever read this.

Really disappointed by the way indian businesses are taking safety for granted. I found this insect in a pack of Tasty brand peanut chikki and so tried contacting the owner of the store several times, every time I got the same response that owner had just left.Another really important concern is that they change the expiry date by putting a new sticker on the expired imported snacks. A pack of Kurkure is good for 4 months in india and the same pack is good for 9 months after its imported, somebody please explain this.Just unbelievable what these guys would do to their customers for money. Always check the actual expiry date before buying anything or just go to a Freshco or Walmart where you can find almost any indian groceries.

I have taken Gujarati tiffin service from Namaste store. I would like to say that there tiffin services are really good, there delivery driver is very punctual and responsive, respectful to any issues and concerns. Also the gujarati cook holds really nice cooking skills, she always gives some chef speciality every week. They have variety of menu's changing every week with proper indian masalas and fresh vegetables used for cooking. Tiffins are microwave safe making it convinient at work with properly packed flat breads to avoid it from drying. I have been using there tiffin services now from 3 months and it's been so wonderful experience till now, there have been issues but they have always resolved it actively considering the complaints so that makes them standout in my viewpoint. They have really budget friendly price in gujarati tiffin which is providing 2 big containers of veg sabzii with 8 rotis. All in all my final wordings will be if you're a student, working individual and looking for a budget friendly and tasty gujarati/punjabi option this is a must try tiffin service.

So, I am giving a 3 star because of some products are expensive compared to Walmart and Freshco. But they have a lot if variety of options for Indian food. Some products, definitely go to Walmart or online before buying. I would agree with other reviews on how the price is more here. Only will be back here for some specific items.
