I was invited for an interview as mechanical designer and they started to ask me to solve their problems on two kiosks. After having given a class to their engineers" the owner concluded by saying "Gabe I want you here we will prepare the agreement"!!. After 2 days I called them and nobody was answering to my calls. I spent the rest of 5 days to call them. After one week the recruiter called me and said they want to outsource the task!!Lesson: if this company or other invite You do not solve problems before to be hired. Interview must be based on your resume
