Similar to others, had a custom build that I was working on and ran into a roadblock. Took it in and he had it up and running within hours. Fantastic service at an absolutely fair price. Highly recommended!

Was having a problem I couldn't figure out myself with an older custom build PC so brought it in here. Although the guy (didn't get his name) was unfortunately unable to fix the problem, he knew what he was doing and gave me some helpful insights as to what might have caused the problem.Service was same-day, the price was fair for the service I was given, technician was very knowledgeable. Would definitely come here again.

Nice little computer repair shop. I have been building my own computers for over 20 years but after 2 days banging my head against the wall, all it took was bringing my system in for one of the guys to diagnose the problem (video card ram failed). Got fantastic service at a great price. Highly recommended.

I have an Apple laptop that was not working at all. Despite being told that it wasn't worth repairing by another store, I decided to try Aurora Computer Technologies. They carried out the assessment in a day, provided a quote and had the computer back to me - fully functional - in 4 days at the price quoted! Best service in town. Took my tablet in and they looked at it for a good 45 minutes or more, found the problem, which was complex, and fixed the problem promptly. They are the best, honest, and trustworthy and fantastic customer service. # 1!!!! Don't go anywhere else. Highly recommend!!!Was back March 2021(last post over 2 yrs ago), and the same great service. Analyzed the problem quickly and excellent and courteous customer service. Thank you so much.

My son's laptop was totally unresponsive. We took it to this place right before they closed on a Friday night. They phoned first thing Saturday morning with a diagnosis and a very reasonable quote, and had it ready by Saturday early afternoon. Excellent friendly fast service. A great experience.

Doug and Ed were easy to deal with and were able to retrieve all my information when my old computer crashed. It was a learning curve for me because I was having alot of problems getting my authorization code for my Quickbooks but Ed was very patient with me and helped me whenever I needed assistance and between the two of us, we were able to get me up and going again. I would highly recommend them for their service, knowledge and ability to fix complicated issues for a very fair and reasonable rate.Sent from my Galaxy
