I came to the store at 4, there was like 3-4 sales guys there and only one customer. I checked some prices and phones. No one have said anything to me. No Hello nothing. In fact one girl she was eating on the table.I think those guys were never trained and have no manner of customer service.I would never go back there and l don’t recommend anyone to go there.If there is zero star l would of choosen for this store.

Wonderful Service and super helpful stuff!Especially Niel. He helped me twice! The first time was when he helped me tremendously with setting up my boyfriend's plan and the second was trading my Iphone 13pro max and upgrading to Iphone 14 pro max. He was very friendly, patient and also very knowledgeable about phones. He also choose the best options for us explaining everything with attention to every detail we need to know! Strongly recommend.

The best TBooth Wireless store you can do your wireless business with. Great customer service, not pushy sales reps and will always advise you with full-disclosure, and they’re very transparent. Store is huge and comfy because it is not a kiosk. :)

Ethan was incredibly helpful, i have been trying to upgrade to an iPhone 12 for a while, and Ethan even took the time to contact me on the last day of the boxing day sales to make sure I got the phone I wanted. He took a ton of time to make sure it was set up properly and minimize the stress of having to deal with everything after the fact. Thank you Ethan!

Ethan at tbooth was the best phone representative I’ve ever worked with. Ethan helped find very good phone plans for my wife and I that were much better that what we had previously. Ethan was very efficient and fast as the store was closing soon aswell. Ethan even got the activation fees waived for starting new phone plans as a bonus! Scout and Annika were very happy customers.
