Bright, clean facility with friendly owners! Olu made touring units quick and easy and the sign up process was very simple. The pride of ownership is evident as he picked up someone's half drank pop bottle in the hallway during our tour (the only spec of garbage in the entire place). I look forward to being a long term customer here.

The team really helped us out! We were in a jam and finances were tight. They had the best pricing and were really willing to help us. The facility is new and incredibly clean. Can’t go wrong with these guys!

I have never rented a storage unit before. I did my comparisons and found public storage to be the best rate for what I needed. The front desk staff were very knowledgeable and answered all my newbie questions. They were very kind and most helpful. I recommend public storage if you're looking to rent one. Very happy with the experience.

First rate service, honest and friendly. This is my second storage unit I’ve chosen to rent with them. I’ve had the pleasure or twice dealing with Olu. You won’t find a nicer or more dedicated person to help with your storage needs. They rent by the month, not every 4 weeks, which can translate to big savings. The facilities are first-rate, spotless and climatized. I wouldn’t go anywhere else! Jonathan

The staff were extremely welcoming and made signing up fast and easy. The shop is clean, well stocked with moving supplies, and spacious (I have a stroller). The storage locker is clean and fresh. The load docks are inside and convenient with pin pad access. Glad I found this facility to help store my belongings while I stage and sell my home!

Everyone I've interacted with at Public Storage in Cambridge was friendly, professional and efficient. They set-up my storage unit in less than 15minutes and were super communicative of everything I needed to know throughout the process. Olu was also superb and provided me with ease of my mind on some logisical questions I had. Would definetely recommend!

This storage place is so wonderful extremely clean and 3 nice oil in bays great in bad weather days. The staff are all very nice good people and very helpful. I can't say enough good things about them. I have had many storage places over the years but this one takes it to a higher level of service.Thank youMarilyn B

From start to finish I had a great experience. Olu was very knowledgeable and helpful. He took the time to show me multiple lockers and wasn't pushy at all. This is the place to store your extra stuff!
