I had a custom wedding band made using diamonds from my grandmother’s yellow gold wedding ring and I cannot recommend enough the service you’ll receive at Cooks Jewellers in Prince Rupert! Amanda helped us through the entire process and she was so professional, thorough and always kept us updated. We also had a new diamond set on my engagement ring. We were so beyond happy with the final products and service. Cooks provides the friendly, no-pressure small town service that is so hard to find these days. Attached are before and after pics. Anyone who's ever shopped at Cook's is aware of the quality of service as well as the strength of knowledge that is on offer when you walk through the door. The owners and staff take care of their customers, fairly & with respect. In a town the size of Prince Rupert, you could hardly get away with doing otherwise and still expect to stay in business. Cook's has been around for a long time and for good reason. I expect they will still be there for many more years to come.It's unfortunate when some choose to try and smear a good business as a means of boosting a (former) competitor with such a laughably false and clumsy review. Such nonsense does no one any favors.

I brought the pandora braclet with a gem. I told them to personalized with my wedding anniversary date. They printed the wrong date and i asked them to correct it for me. The lady said we will do it and told me to pick it up on tuesday. i told my husband on thursday to pick it up from cooks. But they didnt correct the date and they handed over to him with a incorrect date. Thats baad and i felt bad to brought jellewery from there.

Service is impeccable, the reception outstanding, it's like entering the Magic Castle. The fact the store is full of marvelous guilty pleasure is secondary. Simply put, I don't shop anywhere else.
