There are a ton of ramen restaurants throughout Greater Vancouver but Ramen Danbo is easily my favourite one of them all. I have dined in their restaurant as a meat eater, and I have dined in their restaurant as a non meat eater. They have excellent food to satisfy everyone's taste buds. I've tried Vegetarian and Vegan versions of Ramen in a number of restaurants over the years. Ramen Danbo does it best! Vegan Gyoza is also very nicely done here.It was my meat eating husband who wanted to come here, and he was very happy with his food. So, know that I'm not just raving about this restaurant simply because they do a good Vegan Ramen. They truly do serve up good food for both meat eaters and non meat eaters alike.On a sidenote, I loved how the stools they gave us to sit on also served as a storage box which I could open up and put my bag into. ありがとう !!Ultimate vegan RAMEN, OH MY!Classic Vegan Ramen.. say no more. This joint is super busy, bustling and I can advocate it's worth the wait.This joint is dope! Love it! A fantastic location in the heart of downtown and having a fully devoted and customizable vegan menu for ramen is incredible, the Vegan Ramen is rad, super tasty and incredibly yummy. Everything tastes incredibly fresh, great flavoring whilst not being too salty at all. The kikurage shitake inside the Ramen tastes so good, words cannot describe. The vegan egg is tofu-based with tumeric, tastes great but the texture is super slippy and hard to eat with chop sticks. This is honestly one of the best Ramens I have had in Greater Vancouver, this joint is my new go to for sure. They have a great range of delicious vegan options, love it. I love spicy food and sauces so had to try the house hot sauce, 10/10.. perfect. An awesome balance of garlic and heat with great aroma, you can really taste the extra karadare umami sauce and Rekkarise powder gives it a knockout punchy taste.We also got a vegan gyoza as part of the very reasonably priced lunch combo which tasted incredible. Extremely fresh and homemade tasting like soft dough goodness. The ultimate Japanese comfort food and and well worth the extra couple of bucks.アダム

You want Ramen in Vancouver? There are many options. This is no-nonsense delicious Ramen. Yes, Ramen, like Art, is subjective, but I can't imagine a scenario where a bowl of this could be sent back. Danbo is more consistent than the rain in this fair city for its ability to deliver an all around great bowl of Ramen. If you don't want to quibble about semantics and just have a delicious bowl, accept no substitute. I eat at a variety of Ramen joints, this one just hits every time. No Question.

An absolute gem! We went before the dinner rush and were in and out within an hour.Got the classic ramen with all the standard options for richness, thickness etc. Beautiful presentation, speedy service, and amaaaazing flaves.Oh, and you gotta add the egg. Always ☺️

One the best vegan ramen I have ever had. They give you so many options of vegan broth and they even let you choose the way you like it such as the thickness and richness of the broth. The noodles are also customizable as well, you can pick the thickness and firmness of the noodles. They have lunch specials and so many other toppings you can add to your ramen too, such as a vegan egg which tastes unreal!!

There's a reason why there's always a huge lineup here. The ramen is amazing. The noodles have the perfect texture and the broth is very rich!As a ramen fanatic, I highly recommend this place! It's worth the wait.

Had to wait a while in queue to eat there, but it was well worth the wait. Hands-down the best vegan ramen I’ve ever had. The customization options are great, the broth is delicious and the service is fast & friendly. Would easily recommend this place (as well as the Seattle location).

Absolutely wonderful, Ramen! This was my first time having ramen, and it all tasted delicious. The environment and atmosphere were great, and even with a line outside for seating, it did not take long to get in. Highly recommended!

I go once a week! The taste is delicious and the staff is super attentive! In the afternoons you can order the lunch menu and you spend approx 28 with tip! At rush hour you have to wait in line but it's totally worth it, the best ramen I've ever had and the best ramen in Vancouver! <333
