Also, we have purchased from here on a number of occasions that required delivery that went quickly and smoothly. 5 stars because there is no reason to give it less.

Very rude sales lady in the nanaimo location. I believe she was the manager as well. As soon as we mentioned status cards for tax free her whole demeanour changed. She had a bad attitude and was very unprofessional. We decided to spend our 7 grand else where. They have nice couches and stuff but a majority of the fabric that we chose was unavailable. There was also a really long wait to even find out if the fabric is even available. So, if you are First Nations stay away from these POS

The show room is a big place with really nice furnishings, mainly rustic with natural wood, modern, mid-century modern with leather, some of the accents have tribal vibes, also influences from other culture. They have tables, desks, chairs for all occasions, custom ordered sectional, sofas and loveseats, and even beds, dressers and mattresses. I love the fact that you can choose your fabric preferences! They have so many pretty colours and they are all so neatly organized.The employees there are very friendly and professional. They don't shadow you around, but every time when you have a question, they would always be there ready to help. Very knowledgeable staff.Since the furniture there are mostly custom made, it does take longer to get them. However I think the outstanding quality and great after service makes it worth the wait.

Love the new sectional. Delivery was smooth and the team was polite and walked us through the attachment and detachment of the sections.

We love our couches from Muse and Merchant. They provided great insight on fabrics, etc. A nice shopping experience overall.

I have to say the service here was top notch. My amazing new couch was delivered on time and in perfect condition. They truly sell quality furniture. I will be back!

I recently purchased a new townhouse in Nanaimo and purchased new furniture from four different stores in Nanaimo. I am very happy to say that Muse & Merchant was the only store that my purchase and delivery went off without any problems. The staff was excellent to deal with and the delivery people were quick and professional and everything showed up on time when I was told it would without any damage. Their service stands out above the rest. I’ll be going back.

Excellent service! The two men who delivered our furniture were so personable. We were a few minutes late getting to the house for the delivery and they were nothing but pleasant from beginning to end.
