I picked up my car from this auto shop today and am not satisfied. There was a huge dent gap between the panels and bumper on the back seat right side of my car due to the storm. actually, I told insurance I would go to this shop and then estimation had approved. this shop kept my car 10 days, they just made an adjustment and there is still a gap between the panels. The dent on the bottom edge remains unrepaired. They insisted it wasn't due to a storm because of the touch paint on it. I explained that it was a scratch that happened before the storm. However, the dent came from the big storm. they don't believe me. never go to this place again!

I haven't seen the outcome yet was being wonderful and reassuring to work with. They have tried to accommodate me as best as possible and I am very pleased with the service received so far. I'm sure I will be equally pleased with the outcome!

I had an amazing experience with Assured Frank and Guy. Specifically with Gord. He went above and beyond to try to accommodate me and get a rental car. He found me a rental car in a timely manner and is taking great care of my car in getting it repaired after I got rear-ended. Thanks so much Gord! Awesome job Assured Frank and Guy!

These are fantastic guys. Bad luck has taken me to them 3 times in the last 3 years LOL. Their works is stellar. Highly recommend them, and the Enterprise Car Rental is next store.

I was sent here by my insurance company to repair my car after a collision. They were professional and did quality work on the car in a timely manner.But the main reason I am writing this review is because they were particularly excellent when it comes to customer service. They gave me updates on every turn which I truly appreciated.Mahmoud was fantastic to work with. He gave me additional advice that was really helpful and went above and beyond. I definitely recommend this place.

Originally was sent here through insurance. They did not even do a proper inspection of my vehicle after a front end collision. All they did was take pictures 360 around my car. Didn't check under my hood, under the bumper, or anything like an inspection should be done. After many months of waiting to be contacted or have any progress on my repairs, I switched to a different garage who have found multiple things wrong that was NOT mentioned by this garage. Avoid this place and seem very shady! Would not recommend!

I was very impressed with the quality of work and professionalism at this body shop. I had been in a car accident and had no issues whatsoever dealing with them. They were able to replace all damages and return my car in excellent condition within a week. Everyone is very friendly and patient with you. I definitely recommend them if you are in need of any body work on your vehicle.
