For some reason, they seem to be incapable of sending me bills, to either my po box or email. But boy can they send cancelation of insurance for non payment notices!!!Who pays bills they don’t receive ?? Me neither.UPDATEI sent my supposed broker, an email about this, and she apparently doesn’t care.. as I have not received a reply.

Kevin Hallet is the Best insurance broker we have ever had, I highly recommend him. Kevin is very knowledgeable in this field he even sat with my daughter for an hour when we got her first car and explained driving and insurance myths to her, and not to let others drive her car etc. We have been with Kevin at Ing and Mckee for more than 5 years now and are extremely happy with the service !
