The store is not truthful about what they tell you nor are they honorable about what they committed to. We went in there dealing on a kitchen table and chairs and were told a price that was $350 above what a competitor quoted me. My problem was that this store had the cloth version of the chairs that I wanted. When they finally got them in the store for me to look at, I went there with my wife and told them that I would like to buy the full set from them. I wanted to give them my business. I asked them to give me their best price, knowing what their competitor had offered. They came back with a price that was $200 more than the previous price they had quoted me a week earlier. When I told him this was even more than a week ago and asked why, the response was; “Well this is what the price is now.” Too bad, they have lost a customer for life and I will make sure to tell everyone I know just how they conduct business. Shameful !!

I must say that this is by far the best furniture store in Surrey. We went to several other stores but we weren’t satisfied with the selections and the prices.Sales person Ansh was very welcoming and ensured that our needs were met. My wife and I just had a child and we were looking for a bed and a comfortable mattress. Ansh listened to all of our questions and recommend products that were within our budget. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for excellent customer service, and competitive prices!

Good service, knowledgable and very helpful! We went in a few times while we were looking to furnish our new apartment, the salesman was knowledgeable, patient and accommodating. He helped us pick out the right bed frame with storage, sectional sleeper sofa and lift top coffee table. I was most relieved with their realistic working timeline. As I've heard stores can struggle with deliverables with due to supply chain hiccups. While two of the pieces we ordered were in stock, our bedframe was made to order in Canada, and their guestimate of it taking 2-3 weeks was spot on. Delivery itself was on time and informative. The deliverymen were well dressed, moved everything in, assembled everything and were out in a little over an hour. Great work guys! We're very happy with the service!

Excellent service from beginning to end. The in-store team was very patient and accommodating, and the delivery team could not have been any more professional or efficient. Highly recommend checking them out when furniture shopping!

I had a very bad experience with after sale service with them. I purchased a $1600 sectional from their store and the arm started shaking after a week. In around 3 weeks the padding of the couch flattened down and became very uncomfortable very quickly. I called in for them to check as that wasn't something that I signed up for. The service technician came and gave an answer ' what else you can expect from a $1600 couch'. It was such a waste of money and I was told that this sofa is like this and you should have checked it thoroughly before buying it. I am very disappointed with my purchase and have to compromise with this.

We got a marble like dinning table with chairs, and it looks amazing, so beautiful and looks so natural. The prices are very good, like I couldn't find any competitor as I che checked many furniture stores.I also bought a modern sectional leather like from here and that was perfect too. They also have very strong costumer services which is important when you buy furniture.Highly recommended

The quality of their furniture is amazing for the price they’re selling it for. They’ve got so many options to choose from. They were able to deliver the furniture to our house the next day. Definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for beautiful furniture!

Good quality of furniture, good staff, good deals. We got a free delivery and installation from Surry to Mission over a set of furniture like a bed, a sofa, a dining table and chairs, and a TV stand.

I bought some furniture two years ago! Very good quality and I strongly recommend the products from this shop! I am happy with my purchases and the customer service people had patience with me, they were nice and helped me chose the right furniture!
