Shocked to see a Homesense opened up at Preston Crossing. I think it’s a great location for it. This one in particular is huge and spacious. So much furniture, so much more room. You could honestly do a dual winners/Homesense here since there’s definitely enough space.Lots of parking!

Took back a mirror that was missing screws on the hinges so when we hung it on the wall it immediately feel onto the floor and was smashed into pieces. I got into the store and very nicely explained to the young lady the situation. She said, “we’ll take it to the front till.” Terrible attitude. It’s like I was a bother to her. Some people shouldn’t be in retail. Being nice is a choice.
