Pretty rude, inefficient, and irritating that they don't bother answering and putting you on hold. The phone rings and then automatically goes on hold with music playing .Then, when I finally got through they dropped my call when transferring. I had to start the process all over.

We had the worst service ever.Went through multiple girls.Didn't stay in touch. We always had to call them.Didn't seem to ambious to help place my father-in-law in a home.Wouldn't recommend going through them
