Both times that the technician had to come out he called and asked if he could come earlier. I don't think I've ever had an appointment where both times the technician actually showed up earlier then scheduled. Very honest about our washer/dryer. Friendly and personable. Fair price and came in under budget. Will use them again if ever needed!!

Brien is one of the best! When he comes to your home he is respectful and kind, he is efficient at his job and one of the few red ticketed Appliance Repair men in town with 20 years experience. Every job he has ever done for me has worked perfectly and keeps on working without any issues or need for call backs. He is honest and upfront with you and always fair priced. If you want the best go with him. You will not be dissapointed.

We had a negative experience with a company that my landlord hired to fix our washer machine. I would not recommend this company to anyone due to the issues we faced. They charged an exorbitant amount of money on multiple occasions, but they were unable to fix our washer machine that had been faulty for over three months. Their scheduling management was poor, and they were unprofessional in their communication. We did not receive any follow-up from them, and they did not inform us of what we needed to prepare for. The last time they came, the technician was only present for five minutes before leaving. After that, they refused to service us and wanted to charge us even more for their failed services. Overall, it was a frustrating and disappointing experience that I would not want anyone else to go through.

These guys were quick to send someone out to check on my washer issue, were efficient and effective. Brien was so helpful and explained things very well. He had excellent service, a great personality, and he knew his stuff! Any future appliance repairs, these guys will be called for sure!

I had a problem with a 18 year old refrigerator, I called, Brien was slotted in for a service call in 2 days time. I got a phone call he's on his way. Located the problem, the model number and confirmed the part was in Canada but, would take a couple of days to get here. Part came in, fridge got fixed. I would use High Level Appliance for any future calls, reliable, pleasant and fair.

I had an appalling experience with a different local company at the beginning of the year and was not feeling confident about calling in another repair service, but Brien was excellent. Very professional, great communication, courteous, and dependable. I would absolutely recommend him to my friends and he’ll be my first call next time.
