How to kill a small business? Hire unprofessional and rude staff. Got a sub last evening and the person didn’t even ask me for what bread I need, just started making my sandwich. When requested for more lettuce, got a reply that then I’ll not be able to fold your sandwich in a very rude tone. Love to support small businesses but please let’s take some time and train your staff and tell them to be polite.

First off, you butchered the bread, like who doesnt know how to cut bread. Second you were just very sloppy putting it together, and lastly you just gave the vibe of I couldn't care less". Like come on man"

Not only is the food Delicious but the customer service at this location is incredible! It’s always such a great experience going there, both gentleman working are super friendly and go above and beyond to ensure you leave a happy customer! 10/10!

June 15th at 8:26pm- whoever worked in shift, the way they treat customers was horrible. They were handing over cookies to me like in a throwing manner. Manager has to take some action about this shift people, whoever did this.

Very bad customer service. No greeting on arriving and no greeting while delivery of food. Sauce is not perfect. I have baddest customer service experience in past 3 years.

Not impressed with the service or the attitude. The staff that were working made it feel as if they were doing you a favor by making the sandwiches. I came with my special needs step son who also ordered. The three ladies looked at him like he had three heads. We won't be back to this location. These staff members need to be taught about inclusion. Not happy at all and will be contacting head office.

Nice location with plenty of parking and space. Staff are efficient and the place is clean. Only four tables to sit at, 2 for covid-19, but good enough. This is easy to find, easy to access, easy to pass through so a convenient location for a quick bite.
